Fully renovated in 2021, this stylish one bedroom is brand new. The 27th-floor unit with a private balcony comes with amazing ocean views and is one block away from the world-famous Waikiki Beach!
Included: High-speed free wifi, Smart TV, central AC, full kitchen with appliances, cookware, dishes, and utensils, laundry on each floor. There`s an ergonomic standing desk for those who wish to work from home.
NOTE: Parking Update – Effective April 2026
Starting April, 2026, we will no longer provide included parking. However, on-site paid parking is available for $45/day, payable directly to the building’s parking management. Prices subject to change, kindly check office/FD for updated rates and terms.
For alternatives, nearby public parking lots are also available.
IMPORTANT: When parking, please be mindful of the `No Backing-in` or `Do not Back in` signs to avoid penalty.
Note: If you have multiple pieces of luggage, I suggest you park on the ground floor loading zone first (located on the right side after you enter the parking structure).

4. Pool/Picnic Area: Open from 9am to 9pm.
5. Mart: There is a convenience store onsite.
The property has 24 hour onsite security is is very safe and welcoming.
