Really great property. It was very clean, well stocked in both the kitchen and bathroom. We loved the beach chairs and towels provided for free. The location was great too, as it was maybe a block and a half walk to the beach. Thank you Waikiki Sunset!!

Fabulous Views. The Suite needs updating

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 14 Nights Oct 5-19. The Photo's displayed were accurate but dated. PRO'SThe View: 7.5/10. loved it. Beach: 9/10. Under a 5 minute walk. Parking Included: 10/10Laundry down the Hall: 7/10AC: 8/10Pool, deck, store etc: 7/10Internet/Cable/TV's: 8/10Pests: None Cons/Needs updating/replacement. Kitchen 6/10. Microwave 3/10, 2008 Kenmore!Coffee Maker 2/10. It Badly needs descaling or be replaced. I didn't use it.Dishes, cutlery and glassware 8/10..Pots and pans 2/10. Most should be replaced. Bathroom 6/10. Bathtub & shower head subpar. It doesn't Fit in holder properly. The Shower Curtain is 2 feet too long and the Liner is 1 foot too short! Lots of Towels in the unit. Vanity and Toilet ok.Bedroom 6/10. The king bed is below average and the top sheet was a queen size!Beach Supplies 6/10.Living room 6/10. The sofa bed and chair old and dated. The kitchen island chairs are old and one was unstable. The Blinds are worn down and not level and had stains on areas by the sliding door. Carpet: 2/10. The carpet needs to go.Paint: 3/10 It looks like it has been a while. I wouldn't stay in this unit again until its refurbished. It has so much potential

Great Place. I'd stay again.

Spacious, fantastic location, Great kitchen. Washroom sink was clogged from the get go but aside from that I can't fault anything. Amazing view too.

Very welcoming. Safe and secure on a high (29) floor. Had to buy most basic cooking needs (salt, pepper, oil, etc) but stores are nearby. Needed help with resetting the AC and the digital door lock is quirky. Nice Weber grills available. The bidet was great. Recommend for a couple.

Nice place, excellent location, great view! 1 bedroom, comfortable King bed, kitchen had everything one needs to cook. Property management is very professional and helpful. Liked not needing a key. Parking is included, which we appreciate. Has beach chairs and towels.Cons: No screen door, so door must be closed the whole time to keep out the birds! BIG BUMMER, cos I like real air. We never use A/C in Hawai'i, otherwise. Also, REALLY high up. We didn't know what to expect, but it was kinda scary so we didn't eat on the lanai (another thing we always do). No dishwasher. Laundry down the hall. Guests are told to throw all food out before leaving, so there's only salt and pepper (unlike other rentals with lots of random spices, sauces, oil, vinegar, etc). No cooler for beach. All in all, a nice place.

Beautiful view Waikiki Condo

The condo was in a very convenient location to everything in Waikiki. 5 minute walk to the beach and the Honolulu Zoo. And that VIEW! Easy check in.

Hawaii Graduation

Great instructions from the start of visit to the end. This unit was true to the pictures. Incredible views. Used the Lani to eat breakfast/coffee and catch some rainbows. The staff at Sunset was always very nice. Older place but very clean.I would recommend if you liked to walk to the beach/restaurants!

We had a great stay this location. The condo was very clean. The elevator was fast, contrary to another review you could hardly hear it In the room. Parking was great and James was easy to get ahold of when checking in even though we flew in late. Location was excellent for restaurants near by and a quick walk to the beach. Would suggest this rental.

Great view! Pefect location.

We stayed for 10 days. We enjoyed the condo to the fullest with a full kitchen, coffee maker, ice maker. We used the BBQ on the 6th floor. I will be staying here for my next trip to Oahu. Oh and you get a parking space. You can walk to Duke's and moneypod. The beach is two blocks. Till next time! Araceli B
