1. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: 4:00 PM
Check-out: 10:00 AM
Please respect these times so we can prepare the home for the next guests.

2. Quiet Hours & Neighborhood Respect

Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM nightly.
Please be considerate of our neighbors — loud music, shouting, or disruptive behavior is not permitted at any time.

3. Occupancy & Guest Count

Only the registered number of guests is permitted.
No unregistered visitors or gatherings.

4. No Parties or Events

No parties, events, or large gatherings of any kind.
Violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

5. No Pets

Pets of any kind are not allowed under any circumstances.

Service animals are welcome, in accordance with applicable laws.

Important Health Notice:
The owner of Atlantic Haven, LLC has severe, documented allergies to dogs and cats. To ensure the safety of future guests and the property owner, the following requirements apply to service animals:

Service animals must remain under the handler’s control at all times

Service animals may not be left unattended in the home

Service animals are not permitted on furniture or beds

Service animals must be housebroken

Guests are responsible for any damage, extra cleaning, or allergen remediation required as a result of the service animal’s stay

If a service animal poses a direct threat to health or safety, causes damage, or is not under control, Atlantic Haven, LLC reserves the right to require removal of the animal, consistent with applicable law.

Note: Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy animals are not considered service animals under ADA guidelines and are not permitted.


6. No Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside the property.


7. Cleanliness & Respect for the Space

Please leave the home in the same condition in which you found it.
Excessive dirt, stains, or soiled carpets that require deep cleaning may incur additional charges.


8. Parking

The property has parking for 6-8 cars depending on how close you park them
Please park only in the designated space(s) provided.
Do not block neighbors’ driveways or obstruct public ways.


9. Safety & Security


Close and lock all doors and windows when you leave the property.


Report any damage or maintenance issues immediately so we can address them promptly.


10. Respect Amenities


Use bathrooms, kitchen appliances, and all amenities appropriately and as intended.


Do not move heavy furniture or remove any appliances from their designated areas.


11. Waste & Recycling


Please dispose of trash in the designated bins and follow any recycling instructions provided.


12. Booking Acknowledgement


By booking with Atlantic Haven, LLC, guests confirm they have read, understand, and agree to all house rules.
