Completely redesigned by an architect in 2018, the apartment is a beautiful blend of history and contemporary design. Original thick stone walls have been carefully showcased, while two architect-designed mezzanines and generous open spaces allow natural light to flow throughout the home, creating an airy and refined ambiance.

A striking first impression

Upon entering, you step directly into the spacious living room, descending just a few steps. The impressive ceiling height and exposed stone walls immediately set the tone. The true centerpiece, however, is the view of the two glass-walled mezzanines. Bathed in light, they appear to float gracefully above the living space, creating a truly memorable visual effect.

To the left, the living area features two large sofas and a sleek designer coffee table. Nearby, the dining area with its beautiful wooden table and chairs- sits beside the open kitchen, which also includes a bar counter ideal for casual breakfasts or evening drinks. The space is tastefully decorated and equipped with a large TV, easily visible from both the sofas and the dining table.

Along the left wall are the doors to the first bathroom and the main bedroom, while slightly above, the second bedroom is revealed behind an elegant glass wall.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Main bedroom: Features a large bed, ample storage, and a delightful view over a paved private courtyard framed by historic buildings.

First bathroom: Stylish and contemporary, offering double sinks, a toilet, and a spacious Italian-style walk-in shower.

Second bedroom (mezzanine): Accessed by a staircase, this room overlooks the same peaceful courtyard. It includes a large bed, a wardrobe, and a beautifully designed wooden dresser. Please note that the mezzanine has an open design (no solid door) and a ceiling height of approximately 1.8 m. Exposed wooden beams add charm, and an electric Venetian blind provides privacy when needed.

Second bathroom: Located beside the mezzanine bedroom, equipped with a sink, toilet, and a bathtub with a shower.

Light-filled living & additional spaces

The living room is flooded with natural light thanks to large French doors opening onto the elegant courtyard, offering a serene and distinctly Parisian view.

Near the window, a spiral staircase leads to a second open mezzanine that can serve as an additional sleeping area. With a ceiling height of approximately 1.8 m, it is most comfortable for guests of average height. It features a clever trundle bed that can be arranged as a double, a drawer dresser, and Venetian blinds for privacy, all while overlooking the living room below.

Descending the spiral staircase to level -1, you will discover a charming, small room, perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine, reading quietly, or serving as a playful space for children.

Kitchen & extras

The fully equipped kitchen is spacious and practical, ideal for preparing meals, with the bar counter making grocery handling and casual dining especially convenient.
