Dieses fünfstöckige Gebäude befindet sich im zweiten Stock (amerikanisches Drittel) eines schönen, traditionell gebauten Haussmann-Gebäudes (19. Jahrhundert) und hat nur eine Wohnung pro Etage und ist nach Südwesten ausgerichtet.
Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Champs Elysées und des Arc de Triomphe sowie der Faubourg St Honoré, nur wenige Gehminuten vom berühmten Musée Jacquemart André entfernt. Sie können alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (U-Bahn und Bus), Restaurants und ein Lebensmittelgeschäft direkt gegenüber der Straße (bis Mitternacht geöffnet) finden.

Fabulous apartment in great locations

Great place for a family stay

Very beautiful and well located!

Wonderful apartment for our group, a perfect fit for Paris exploring. It was very comfortable with plenty of space to relax and cook if you wanted to. The only suggestion would be new towels and cleaning the white carpets or getting rid of them altogether. Truly a great place though in the heart of the city.

Beautiful Haussmann Apartment in Heart of Paris

My husband and I and another couple ended our three-week trip in France in this beautiful apartment. We spent five days sightseeing and were always happy to return “home” to a comfortable space. We frequented the neighboring food stores and especially liked the bread and pastries at Julien’s. We also enjoyed several afternoon walks in the nearby Parc Monceau. We would highly recommend this apartment.

The place was beautifully decorated and well situated in a neighborhood. It was a short walk from the metro. There were many places to eat close by and there were several grocery stores nearby. Spacious, well located and truly Parisienne

The property was very spacious with huge living and dining areas and 3 decent sized bedrooms. The kitchen is big for Paris, with everything you'd need. We really liked the location with several Metro stations serving various lines very close by. There are also several supermarkets and restaurants within a short walk, and the Champs Elysees is also close (but far enough). It's only about a 15 min walk to The Seine and the Jardin des Tuileries. Would definitely consider staying here again

Authentic Paris Apartment

This apartment made you truly feel like a local - high ceilings, beautiful art, antique furniture. A few challenges - no AC, to be expected, very noisy area with tons of street traffic (windows closed kept noise down), cleanliness was poor - towels and other items found under the bed and poor kitchen and carpet cleaning. The location was good for getting around and the owner was very responsive. All in all, we enjoyed our visit to Paris and this was a good homemade.

We loved our week long stay in this quintessential Paris apartment. Charming, comfortable and very spacious apartment with beautiful high ceilings. Conveniently located to several metros and bus stops, easy walk to pretty Parc Monseau and literally only a few doors down from the beautiful museum Jacquemart André. Communication with host prior to our stay was easy and friendly and when we arrived we were met by a lovely woman who showed us the apartment in great detail.

Christmas in Paris

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The owner is easy to deal with and the apartment was very spacious for six people. The metro station is a few minutes away and you can walk to the Champs Elysees within 10-15 minutes. The only thing we would note is that we found the apartment to be cold so bringing an extra blanket or sweater would be good for the winter months. Overall we had a wonderful Christmas vacation in Paris.

Easy way to feel part of Paris

A wonderful beautiful place to stay and share with friends. We were a group from 73-84 years old. Location was in walking distance to many sights and metro is near. If we had questions before or during visit, Jean-Pierre responded quickly. Kitchen stocked with cooking utensils, coffee, tea and spices. Living and dining room comfortable for morning and evening gatherings.. We felt part of Paris vs a hotel stay.

Perfect Paris Haussmannian Apartment

We had an incredible family stay at JP's apartment on Boulevard Haussmann. Our family of 5 (including 2 young children and a grandparent) had plenty of space to spread out and take in the wonderful natural light from the enormous windows in every room. The beds were comfortable (very important when jet-lagged!) and the kitchen, living and dining rooms were spacious. The location is convenient, though the street below could be a bit busy - a white noise machine drowns out any noises (and also helps with the jet lag!). We felt like Parisians living in this apartment, which is the highest compliment I can offer - we would definitely stay again if we were to return to Paris! Thank you to JP and Beatrix for making our stay seamless, for fantastic communication, and for hosting us in your home!

Perfect for our large family!!!

What a wonderful way to stay in Paris. The apartment is so relaxing with good size rooms, lovely art throughout, beautifully furnished and beautiful boulevard views with lots of light. We are a family of parents with four adult children. All had plenty of room with no stepping on one another. The kitchen is modern and perfect for our meal preparation with two refrigerators. The washer and dryer were easy to use and so convenient. The spacious den and dining room were perfect for entertaining. And the apartment is centrally located so we easily walked to the Champs-Elysees and shopped at nearby markets. And the lift made transport of luggage to the second floor a breeze! Amazing location in a Wonderful City!

This flat had everything we could ask for - starting for an amazing location on Haussmann in the heart of the 8th. Convenient stores and cafes just blocks away, major destinations not much further. We walked everywhere we needed to go, but there was a parking garage right around the corner if you are renting a car. The flat was large - a rare, real 3BR flat with separate study, dining room and living room. It was bright, airy and well-appointed - combining classic Parisian features with modern conveniences (DW, Lift, W/D, MW). We were met by Beatrix who walked us through the unit and we were in regular correspondence with Jean Pierre - who was timely and helpful in all of his responses. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat!

Gracious, large, and beautiful apartment in the Champs Élysée Neighborhood

This gorgeous 3 bedroom apartment in the Champs Élysée neighborhood was a wonderful location and venue for our girls’ trip to Paris. We went in September when the weather was perfect and thouroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment in this upscale area. The apartment is absolutely huge by European standards! We had 3 extremely large bedrooms with two seperate living room areas for our group to collect. There was more than enough space to visit and share time together in the evenings after visiting all of the sights and shopping that the beautiful City of Lights has to offer. The owners, JP and Suzy were extremely helpful and answered all questions quickly. We could not have been more pleased with our stay!! Thank you Jean Pierre and family for sharing your gorgeous flat!!
