• The Balcony: Step onto your private balcony for breathtaking ocean and mountain views. It’s the perfect spot for morning coffee or sunset drinks, complete with a seating area to soak in the peaceful surroundings.
• The Living Room: Designed for comfort and connection, the living area features plush seating, a relaxed ambiance, and large glass doors that flood the space with natural light and open to the balcony.
• The Kitchen: Modern and functional, the open-concept kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and custom cabinetry. It flows seamlessly into the living and dining areas for easy entertaining.
• The Dining Area: Set just off the kitchen, the dining space seats six and offers a warm, sociable setting with open views of the living room and balcony beyond.
• The Bedrooms: The primary bedroom includes a king bed, private en-suite bathroom, and balcony access with ocean views. The second bedroom features another king bed and mountain views. Both rooms are tastefully decorated and filled with natural light.
• The Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms with walk-in showers and modern vanities. The primary has a private en-suite, while the second bath is shared between the second bedroom and flex suite.
• Other Spaces: The enclosed flex suite includes a sofa bed and a 55" Smart TV, ideal for extra guests or as a cozy media room or office. A washer/dryer closet adds everyday convenience.
• Outdoor Areas: Guests enjoy direct access to Pacifico’s resort-style amenities, including multiple pools, gardens, walking trails, yoga deck, and access to the exclusive Beach Club (fee applies).

Guests will have full access to the entire condo, including two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a flex suite with sofa bed, open-concept living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private ocean-view balcony. You’ll also enjoy in-unit laundry and keyless entry for added convenience.
As part of the exclusive Pacifico community, guests can access four beautifully landscaped pools, a jacuzzi, a gym, co-working space, BBQ and games area, yoga deck, and scenic walking trails. Families will appreciate the children’s play area and sports courts for tennis, pickleball, basketball, and soccer.
