Super place to stay close to beach

Super condo to stay at with crazy number of pools and great facilities. Beach is a two minute walk away and wonderful for swimming. Ilya was a superb host. Pity we only had one night.

Ilya was a very attentive host. He responded quickly to all of our questions and requests. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to cook a few meals. The pools were incredible and it’s a very short walk to the beach. One thing to note, it’s on a hill and there are lots of steep paths to get around the complex. There are some stairs too.

My first visit to El Coco

Spectacular “post card” level Ocean views from the rooftop lounging and jacuzzi area. Close to all the action and eateries. Ilya was a fantastic host, very accommodating with many recommendations. I would definitely return again if I come back.

Nice place with amazing sunset views. Host Ilya was over the top accommodating and super helpful with suggestions of places to visit and helping us feel welcome. AC in master bedroom just barely was able to cool the room, needs maintenance or an upgrade. Pool was great.

This is especially true for A/C and fans in hot climate; revision, cleaning, professional maintenance, etc. is carried out weekly. Unfortunately, local providers do not always provide detailed operating instructions for some electrical appliances and upon check-in we always ask our guests to immediately report any difficulties in use to avoid inconvenience. What are great first experience for our family in Costa Rica! The apartment was spotless and spacious. The view was gorgeous. No detail was forgotten to make sure our stay was comfortable. Beautiful sunsets in paradise

Property is situated just minutes from the beach on a hill that gives great views. We loved everything that was within walking distance from the Condo: beach, restaurants, groceries, excursions, etc. The beach was exceptional with relatively few people on it at any time of the day. The pools within the condo complex were well maintained and clean and there was always space to relax around the pools. Our favourite part was the roof top patio - we had sunshine, sunsets, and star gazing. Ilya was a very responsive host.

A lovely property

This rental is lovely. Squeaky clean. Nice decor. Comfortable beds. Loaded with everything you may need for a laidback vacation. The rooftop patio is a great place for stargazing and looking at the beautiful scenery.The host is quick to respond and provides excellent recommendations for places and activities. Well furnished property with beautiful mountain & ocean views

This property was everything we had hoped for during our stay in Costa Rica. It is very conveniently located, not far from Liberia Airport and has amazing views of Coco beach and the mountains surrounding it. From the porches next to our bedrooms and the rooftop, we spent pleasurable mornings and evenings enjoying the sunsets and sunrises. The many swimming pools and jacuzzis in Coco Sunset Hills were a great addition. Ilya is a wonderful host and was readily available to inform us about the many places to visit, shop and sightsee. We loved our Coco vacation and plan to be back again sometime soon.

Great service and location

Our short stay getaway was fantastic thanks to Ilya, the Property Manager, and his great service with check in, cleanliness of property and very thorough review of property. He sent us an extensive list of activities and restaurants in the area. We were able to park the car at the condo lot before check in. We were given a short tour of the whole property. Check out went just as smoothly. Location of this property was key. 5 minute walk to beach as advertised. Short walk to main road in Coco. Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful condo for great vacation

Our stay was above and beyond expectations! We were met at the taxi by Ilya. He took us to the condo and showed us around. Then took us on a walk around the property. A few days later he sent a text making sure we were happy and all was well. The condo is very well kept has everything you could want. Pristine and clean!! Wonderful Location!

I stayed here with my husband the first week and my friend the second week. Everything was just wonderful! I have no complaints! The view was spectacular, the pool was wonderful, the walkability of the location was wonderful, and Ilya was super friendly, kind, and so helpful in giving us local information. Know that on Monday mornings they do the landscaping and trimming at the whole development, so plan to be off doing an activity during that time. The place was one thousand percent spotless and meticulous. Probably one of the best stocked and cleanest home rentals I’ve ever done. I highly recommend this rental! You will not be disappointed!

Great location

The condo is exactly as advertised. It is well appointed with everything you need for a beach vacation. Perfect location which makes it ideal. You can walk to beach, restaurants, supermarket, everyone. Host lives on property and was available to answer questions and provide advise. One of our keys got stuck on gate and when I texted him, he responded immediately and came to solve the problem. We really didn’t use the top floor except at night because it was too hot during the day. We felt that the seating options, both inside and out needed updating as they weren’t very comfortable. Be aware that to get to this unit you have to climb a lot of stairs and go up many ramps. This becomes a challenge when carrying groceries but it’s a small price to pay for the privacy and view. Will definitely return to Coco,Sunset Hills.

Perfect place to stay in Coco Beach

We had a great stay here. Illya gave us really useful info before our stay and showed us all around the complex and apartment on our arrival as well as giving us many useful local recommendations. The apartment is on three floors, the top being an amazing roof terrace from where you can have beautiful views of the sea and the sunset. We were close to one of 6 lovely pools and due to the time of year, it was very quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed and there's a small shop nearby to stock up on any essentials or a supermarket within a short drive. The bedrooms were very comfortable with good air conditioning and our teenage son liked the sofa in his room. It was helpful to have a washing machine and dryer and an airer and line for our clothes. Within a short walk there were good restaurants and the beach is close by too. Coco beach isn't the prettiest beach in the area, but we did a great boat trip from there and went snorkeling and were also lucky enough to see humpback whales and a turtle. We also did a horse riding trip along the beaches. The complex here is gated and has a security guard and parking so felt very safe. Illya's hospitality was delightful and we would thoroughly recommend this property to anyone.

Perfect Spot for Chill time with all the amenities you need and an amazing attentive host

We spent only 2 nights here at this wonderful condo which is about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The condo is in a well secured complex built in Italian style with over 8? pools to choose from. The condo itself has every amenity you would need - cable/streaming tv, 3 floors with a roof deck and hot tub overlooking the beach and town, and a downstairs outdoor patio and upstairs porch. Plenty of AC and fans to keep us cool. We were just 2, but the condo would easily sleep 2 couples or a family of 4 and have plenty of privacy. We loved to go up to the roof deck in the evening and check out the stars and revel in the cool breezes or watch the sunset. We also loved cooling off in the pools (Bring a covered cup for beverages). There are restaurants 5 minutes away and a beautiful beach with promenade that has lovely beach front restaurants. The best thing about the property though was the host, who was so amazingly attentive to our every need and bent over backward to make our check in and out easy, and gave us fantastic suggestions on activities and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again when we visit again - absolutely great value for the comfort and proximity and amenities and service.

Great Location and View! Ilya was a great host and was able to give us a walk though of the condo upon arrive that was very helpful. Ilya also provided several recommendations for restaurants, groceries, and activities that made our stay very memorable. This has been my best experience with a VRBO rental by far thanks to him. 10/10 would work again with Ilya and hope to be back sooner than later!

Home away from home

Great property! It was clean and tidy. Had everything we had back home. The space was huge but had an intimate, cozy feel. The 3rd floor terrace was like a whole other room with the best views in Coco del Playas. The pools were clean and warm and always open. The entire community was clean and we'll manicured. Plenty of lighting for getting around during the evenings. Also, it was close to anything you could've wanted: beach, shopping, grocery, bars, restaurants. We always felt safe walking to and fro. This wss simply an, unforgettable property that was the centerpiece of a fantastic getaway.
