Diese schöne Villa hat eine tolle, großzügige Aufteilung. Unsere Gäste betreten den Hauptwohnbereich und sehen von jedem Zimmer aus sofort den wunderschönen Meerblick. Die Küche öffnet sich zum Wohnzimmer, zum Essbereich und - über Glasschiebetüren - zum Balkon mit Grill, Tisch und Stühlen und herrlichem Blick auf den Pazifik.

Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit allen großen und kleinen Geräten und Kochutensilien für die Zubereitung Ihrer Mahlzeiten zu Hause. Das Townhome ist mit luxuriösen tropischen Möbeln aus Costa Rica eingerichtet.

Das Haus verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer, von denen jedes ein eigenes Bad hat. Der Meister hat ein Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten und ein eigenes Bad. Das dritte Schlafzimmer hat ein französisches Bett, ein Etagenbett und ein angrenzendes Badezimmer.

Das Haus verfügt über eine Waschmaschine / Trockner für seine Gäste.

ERSTAUNLICHER POOL! Nur elf weitere Villen teilen sich den unglaublichen Infinity-Pool mit Meerblick, der wahrscheinlich der beste Pool in Guanacaste ist, um die Sonnenuntergänge zu genießen! Der Poolbereich verfügt auch über ein Waschbecken im Freien, einen Vorbereitungsbereich, einen Grill, Esstische, Liegestühle, ein Badezimmer für Sie und Ihn und Duschen, die unsere Gäste nutzen können.

Der Zugang zum Strand Playa Prieta und Playa Penca befindet sich direkt gegenüber den Villas Catalina. Playa Prieta ist etwa sechs Minuten zu Fuß von diesem schönen Haus entfernt.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass es sich bei diesem äußerst beliebten Ferienhaus um ein Ferienhaus handelt, das sich jedoch nur über Stufen im Inneren des Geräts und auch nur über Stufen zum Pool befindet. Daher ist es nicht ideal für Personen mit extrem eingeschränkter Mobilität.

Die Villas Catalina bietet einen 24-Stunden-Sicherheitsdienst mit Wachpersonal vor Ort, einen Infinity-Pool, einen Grill am Pool und einen herrlichen Blick auf den Pazifik und die nahe gelegenen Strände. Beautiful place, fabulous views

The house is beautiful and clean. The kitchen was well equipped, and the rooms were comfortable. We loved the infinity pool. The place is also convenient to walk into town.

Well kept colonial townhouse 5 min walk from the beach. Traveled with toddlers, so walking to the beach or up to the pool was a bit of a challenge. There’s some noise from the road, but we used WN to sleep, so didn’t really notice. The facilities are great, house had everything we needed. Would stay again.

Clean, Roomy with Fantastice Views

We loved our stay. Away from the more populated touristy areas but sitll close enough to enjoy beautiful beaches. It was perfect! The house was clean and planty of room for all of us.

Very spacious house

Ourbfamily of 8 really enjoyed our 3 nights here. The family room was a great size and connected the the kitchen making it really easy to hang out. Nice to have a dishwasher. The beaches are close but you have to cross the street so we still ended up driving. The pool was really fun too. Ac was very nice because it was hot outside!! Host also helped us book a sun set snorkling tour at a discounted price. Would stay a here again.

the house has amazing views!!

The host was very responsive and even late at night, she accommodated my group quickly. The house had everything we needed. beach towels, beach chairs and kitchen amenities. The only downside is that there are alot of ants inside the property but i know its common around the area so we got bit quite a few times unfortunately. The pool area has a grill and common area to share. Overall great experience, we definitely will be coming back.

Great condo, we really didn’t get to use the pool, it was a bit away from our condo… The condo was great, beautiful views… The beaches were remote with no chairs or cabana’s to rent so plan accordingly…

Beautiful Views!

The place was clean and neat. The beds were not as soft as I like them to be, but they worked well. It was a great 3 bedroom place. We had 8 adults so some had to sleep on bunk beds, which worked but wasn’t the most comfortable. The location was great, if you want something not in the main tourist area. We had a car so it was easy to get to places we wanted. The villa we were in faced the ocean so it had amazing views. This also meant that it faced the road, which was a lot busier than expected and louder at night than we would have liked. We needed to get ear plugs because of the noise. Overall it was a great place! And the pool was the best part! Beautiful views and the best place to watch the sunset!

Great Views to relax to

Villas Catalinas

This complex nestled in the side of a mountain with exquisite views from the balcony and pool at the top of complex. Temperatures in mid to high 90s (must have hat and sunscreen). Naturally beautiful countryside, gorgeous quiet beaches within short walking distance, friendly people, great local beer, photographers' paradise (tropical birds, monkeys abound) . This unit well equipped with excellent maid service. Lots of restaurants nearby. We like casual dining at 'The Shack', and 'Marco Polo'. Street noise and lots of climbing so not for the physically challenged. Need a rental car.

Beautiful Family Vacation

Short walking distance to 2 beaches with dark and yellow sand. Driving distance to very good restaurant close to Krain Office. Do not travel there with no 4x4 car. If you planing to go on road 911, expect passing river twice, road is about 6 of miles of dirt and rocks only. Very challenging.

Fabulous Views and location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation was awesome- few dissappoitents with our villa- it was terribly hot inside when we arrived- turns out the AC unit in the kitchen was broken and needed to be completely replaced. The rest of the villa did cool down with the other units that they had except the bathrooms especially the master bath- stayed hot the entire stay and no one could figure out why! We also had an ant problem in the kitchen and bathroom on the first floor. We had to throw away food twice ( and food is expensive there!) Sebastian was great and obviously none of this was his fault but the AC should have been turned on way before we arrived at almost midnight. We had a fabulous time- people were friendly everywhere and the excursions were fabulous that we picked! We will come back to Costa Rica for sure!!!

Spacious House Near Two Great Beaches

Our family had a wonderful time at this property. It is much more spacious than I was imagining the bunk bed bedroom is upstairs and the primary and the twin bedroom are down stairs. Each has its own bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked, but be sure to go to the grocery store on your way there. While there were coffee filters and a few spices, there was no coffee and we ended up having to buy some washing machine detergent as that was also running low. While the house is close to several famous Costa Rica Beaches, we actually preferred Playa Preita which is a short walk away. They had beach towels, a cooler, chairs, etc. all at the property. Communication with Krain Concierge was also wonderful and they helped us book a snorkel tour and also answers many of our questions during our stay over What's App. Having the washing machine was wonderful too with all of the beach time and sand. The sunsets from the infinity pool are also amazing. Only negatives are that the house is very close to the road so there is a lot of noise of cars/motorcycles/dogs/people. The beds are also creaky and made noise as you turned in the night. The view from the balcony is hard to beat though. Our family of five had a wonderful stay here. Kids ages 13, 10, 10.

Worth it

The property was as-advertised. Plenty of accommodations inside the villa and the views from the shared infinity pool were breathtaking. Something not mentioned in the listing was the pool deck has a grill and an area for entertaining, which has a lot of potential for fun. Only one issue our first night. the jacuzzi tub in the master suite had an ant infestation, only discovered after the jets were turned on and ants came pouring out, into the tub. It happened late and there wasn’t anything the property managers could do at night, but they did answer my call and assured me they’d have someone come first thing in the morning to spray for the ants. We ended up having to go get our own bug repellent because they kept coming out even after the tub was drained. Even with this the stay was great. After the double spraying of nontoxic bug repellent the ant sightings were more normal- which it’s Costa Rica so there’s going to be ants and bugs, it’s part of the experience- but the property did comp us the first night for the issue since it ended up kicking the couple staying in the master suite out of their room due to the amount of ants. By the second night they were able to sleep in that room and it was fine from there on out. Check out was a little unknown since there weren’t any checkout instructions, but again our host was easy to communicate with and ultimately made the experience a positive one. Even with the ants, we’d stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place has gorgeous views and amenities in the kitchen and living spaces. Our family especially enjoyed the pool area. We lucked out and pretty much had the whole place to ourselves so it was also very quiet during the day. Not so quiet at night however. Lots of early morning traffic and random fighting dogs in the middle of the night so I would have preferred to have been further up the hillside off the road. Overall the family enjoyed exploring the beaches and towns nearby and had an awesome time. The jets in the sitting pool don’t operate at all, which we were looking forward to but wasn’t a big deal.

View of the Pacific is wonderful!

Very beautiful villa! Loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the ocean, even in the rain! Wonderful having a washer & dryer right there. My son found a path to a 2nd beach and that was so cool. Would definitely stay again. So many great beaches & restaurants near here!
