Beautiful townhouse!

We had a wonderful time staying in this spacious, comfortable, lovely townhome! It’s just a few minute drive to Coco beach where there are plenty of restaurants and things to do. My kids especially loved swimming in the beautiful pool, and we loved the sunset views from our bedroom window. In addition, the owners communicated with us frequently to make sure we had everything we needed and and always responded quickly. We highly recommend staying here!

Great location

The condo is in a great location with beautiful pools, close to beaches and a safe gated facility. We did have some problems with the air conditioning and hot water, but the management team was always quick to respond and fix the problems. However we never had hot water in 1 of the bathrooms.

Nice gated community- No AC

The Pacifico community is huge and convenient to nearby restaurants and grocery. We were a little confused when we got there as to where our unit was so the directions could have been a little clearer, however the property manager did respond quickly to let us know where to go. The townhome was very large and could accommodate a large family. The main problem we had was that the AC did not work properly. It was not even turned on when we arrived so the inside temperature was 85 degrees. Even with it running 24/7 we could only get it down to 78. We let the property manager know the first thing the morning after we arrived. No technician arrived that day so we had to go through a second night of very how temperatures. I'm not sure if it got fixed since we flew out on the third day. So we were disappointed in the response time of the HVAC repair.

Our local manager assured us that they dispatched the maintenance team as soon as the issue was reported, but a technician had to be contacted to remedy the concern. It has been repaired, and we apologize for any discomfort you felt during your visit. We hope you will allow us the chance to provide you with a truly exceptional vacation experience in the future.

Daniel our host was wonderful. Unfortunately there was no grill as was to be part of the rental agreement, but Daniel did arrange a no charge late check out as compensation. Beautiful condo. Beautiful country!
