This spacious, 1275 square foot, 2-bed / 2-bath condo has everything you could want for your next beach vacation. The Space:

The open-concept living area features a newly installed (not yet pictured) all white leather recliner sofa, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the company of friends and family. The large flat-screen smart TV provides Spectrum cable, surround sound, and access to your favorite streaming apps. The private balcony, complete with a screened-in enclosure, allows you to soak up the refreshing gulf breezes and gorgeous water views.

Beach Front Reflections comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, with a King bed in the master bedroom and a Queen bed in the guest bedroom. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and offers a peaceful retreat for a restful night`s sleep.

The en suite, master bathroom includes a double vanity, a walk-in closet with a safe, mirrored closet doors, and a private separate toilet and shower room. The spare bathroom is located just off the Queen bedroom, making it convenient for visitors and guests alike.

The fully equipped kitchen is a chef`s delight, featuring modern appliances and all the necessary tools to prepare a delicious meal. However, if you prefer dining out, you`ll find an array of amazing restaurants just a 5-minute drive away. Guppies, Sandy`s, JD`s Restaurant, Chicago Jax, The Paris Bakery, and Kokomo Tiki Bar are just a few of the fantastic options to satisfy your culinary cravings.

Guest Access:
Guests will receive an access code that opens the smart lock to the unit. Guests will also receive a physical key to the building via a lockbox outside the front entrance to the condominium building.

Guests will have access to 1 designated parking spot labeled `503.` For guests with multiple vehicles, there is additional parking on site on a first-come, first-serve basis for any spots that start with the number 12.

Guests will also have access to the following:
- luggage carts and grocery carts located in the lobby
- Beach chairs, coolers, and beach and umbrellas in the storage closet located down the hall from the condo
- Heated Pool
- Sundeck
- Tennis courts
- Hot tub
- The beach can be accessed by the trail behind the property.

Neighborhood:
Indian Rocks Beach offers a laid-back atmosphere, perfect for those seeking a peaceful beach retreat. However, if you`re craving more excitement, bustling Clearwater Beach is only a 15-minute drive to the north, while St. Pete Beach is just a 30-minute drive to the south. Explore waterfront dining and a vibrant nightlife scene in these popular destinations.


Getting Around:
Indian Rocks Beach is a very walkable neighborhood but there are bicycles and electric scooters available for rent in the area. The Suncoast Beach Trolley runs from Clearwater Beach (north) to Pass-A-Grille (south) and stops at specially marked `Trolley Stop` locations along the entire Gulf Blvd. Uber and Lyft are also available in the area.

- Check-in and check-out days are restricted to Saturdays.
- This unit has a 14-night minimum, with no exceptions.
- SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the unit and on the property grounds. Smoking will result in a $500 fine.
- PETS: Sorry, no pets allowed
- APPLICATION: Guests will be asked to fill out an HOA application (at no charge) before their visit.
- BEACH GEAR: There is a beach cart inside the unit with beach chairs, a cooler, and beach umbrellas for guests to use. There are also plenty of pool & beach towels in the condo for our guests to enjoy,
