Atemberaubende zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder Wohnung in der wünschenswerten Indian Rocks Beach Bereich. Diese 1.200 Quadratmeter große Eckeinheit ist komplett renoviert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten des Hauses, darunter eine voll ausgestattete nagelneue Küche, Quarz-Arbeitsplatten, Edelstahl-Geräte und eine großformatige stapelbare Waschmaschine und Trockner. Der Essbereich hat Platz für sechs, mit neuen keramischen Bodenfliesen in der Wohnung.

Das Master-Schlafzimmer hat eine volle Aussicht auf den Ozean mit direktem Zugang zum Balkon. Es hat ein Kingsize-Bett, komplett renoviertes Bad mit begehbarer Dusche, Glas-Duschtüren, zwei Waschbecken, großer begehbarer Kleiderschrank, Deckenventilator und ein 32-Zoll-Smart-TV.

Das Gäste-Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queen-Size-Bett, Deckenventilator, Smart TV und Zugang zu einem komplett renovierten zweiten Badezimmer.

Herrlicher Blick auf den Ozean kann vom Balkon aus dem Wohnzimmer gesehen werden, perfekter Ort, um mit einem Glas Wein zu entspannen, Abendessen zu essen oder einfach nur zurückzukehren und den Sonnenuntergang über den Golf zu beobachten.

Die Wohnung verfügt über einen beheizten Pool und Jacuzzi mit Blick auf den Strand mit Liegestühlen, Tischen, beleuchteten Tennisplatz und Sauna für Ihren Genuss.

Liegestühle, Strandtücher und Sonnenschirme sind im Mietpreis inbegriffen, zusammen mit einem zugeteilten überdachten Parkplatz.

Indian Rocks Beach bietet wunderschöne weiße Sandstrände am Golf von Mexiko, lokal besessene Restaurants und malerische Geschäfte. Rad- und Joggingwege sind nur wenige Schritte vom Gebäude entfernt. Es gibt Naturschutz und Park direkt über die Straße zu erkunden und zu genießen. Es gibt auch einen Trolley, der auf und ab läuft der Strand mit Zwischenstopps zwischen Clearwater Beach und St. Pete
.
Clearwater Beach ist ca. 5 Meilen entfernt und bietet Bootfahren, Angeln und Shopping.
John's Pass, Schatzinsel und St. Pete sind ca. 10 Meilen in die entgegengesetzte Richtung und bietet tolle Restaurants, Shopping, Wave Läufer, Angeln, Parasailing und Museen.

You know the accommodations are great when you have 2 weeks of cool overcast weather and your stay is still great. Linda has a beautiful, updated home with gorgeous views of the gulf. She is amazingly responsive and her home has everything you need The building continues to work through ongoing upgrades, but we weren’t effected during our stay.

Reflections on the Gulf - the condo lives up to the name!!

This is truly a great condo in an excellent location right on the beach! Watching the beautiful sunsets from the balcony was a daily occurrence. The unit is well appointed with comfortable furniture and new or newer appliances. Check in and out was easy. Linda was responsive to any questions by phone, text or email. We found ourselves not wanting to leave and hope to be back again soon. A perfect 10!

Very clean and up to date

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo was easy to get into, per instructions. The condo was extremely clean. I enjoyed the use of the 2 beach chairs that were provided to watch the beautiful sunsets. There is a small library in the lobby and I did read and return a book while I was there. I loved the screened in back porch, as we ate many meals outside. The only problem that we personally had was the bed. We aren’t used to sleeping on such a firm mattress and by the end of our two week period, our backs felt it. The heated pool and hot tub was great, but they really do make you get out after dark which we didn’t like. Other than those things, we had a great time.

Nice place but lots of rules

My family and I have stayed in several of the units at this location in the past decade. The building has slowly decayed over the years with the pool and jacuzzi being downright gross this year. Never saw anyway attend to it in two weeks. The condo itself was nice and appears to have been tastefully remodeled. The property owner leaves a binder with her rules for the unit which is a little much seeing as it specifies the type of detergent to use in the dishwasher. We were there for about an hour before she locked the thermostat at her desired temperature not ours. There are no window shades on the bedroom or living room sliding door so it gets very warm during the day. This also creates an issue if you are changing clothes in the bedroom and someone is on the balcony as they can see straight in the bedroom. Not all bad however we won't stay again.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and were happy to hear you found the condo tastefully remodeled and updated. However, we are sorry your experience did not match your expectations. This is an uncommon instance as you can see from other reviews. We are known for taking ownership and care not only about our condo, but also the building’s upkeep as well. For many people in this building, this is their home. Since our washer, dryer, and dishwasher are new, a binder is left for the renter’s review. This is to inform the renter to use the designed laundry detergent and dishwasher liquid, which is conveniently provided for the renters use. Not using the correct detergent can potentially cause damage with overflowing the appliance. The binder is meant only to inform and help with understanding using certain products may cause unnecessary damage. In addition, my AC thermostat is set at 71 degrees. If you found this unsatisfactory, you never mentioned this. During your stay I was in constant contact with you to inform you of the upcoming renovations of the parking lot. I can’t fix the past, but this could have been easily remedied if I was made aware. All windows in the condo have storm shutters which can be pulled down. However, we found our renters come to our condo for the specular view of the Gulf, so we do not cover our sliding doors. We found it detracts and takes away from this view. Again, thank you for your feedback and will consider your suggestion. Please note our condo association has done many renovations and updates within the last year to ensure a structurally safe and sound building with a pleasing atmosphere for all. We have a schedule of more modernization’s projects starting soon. As an owner we pay our management company to obtain a contract with a pool company which requires them to clean the pool daily. We are looking into the pool issues that you have brought up and will research it promptly and bring it to the management attention immediately. Again, this could have been remedied during your stay if I was made aware and contacted management earlier. Please feel free to reach out with further comments, concerns, or suggestions.

Super schön, fast perfekt

Die Wohnung war super, so richtig zum Wohlfühlen. Sie hat alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Perfekte Strandlage, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine gute Verkehrsanbindung. Wir würden diese Wohnung wieder buchen, wenn die Gebäude Fassaden beider Tower und teilweise die Balkone im Nordtower nicht gerade saniert werden würden. Diese Tatsache hat uns viel Staub und Lärm beschert, sonst wäre es ein perfekter Urlaub gewesen.

Lovely property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. As we are from the UK we had to wait until travelling became possible. We were grateful that the owner allowed us to defer the booking for a year. Property was clean, comfortable and we loved the view from the balcony. We were glad we arrived when it was still light as the lockbox would have been challenging in the dark after a long flight! Indian Shoes has a great beach and lots of nature parks nearby. We saw manatees, dolphins and a variety of birds.Had great weather and enjoyed the ocean and the pool.

Great Getaway!

The property is exactly as the pictures show. Check in was easy with keys, no codes all the time. The only code needed was for the lock box. The lock box is located 4th one in from the right is facing all the locks. I would say that was the only issue. There are alot of lock boxes on a railing and you have to find the correct one. Some are labeled/some not. Like finding a needle in a haystack. I happened to get lucky! Parking nice under a carport keeping the car cool from the heat. There are shopping carts located in a closet inside the lobby to load groceries or bags. Make sure you get a tag for your car from the security guard that comes in the evening. The pool is very nice and big, lots of tables and chairs, lounges and a hot tub. tennis looked nice but we did not use it. The beach is always beautiful! There are 2 beach chairs, 1 foldable camp chair( not very comfy) and 2 umbrellas( 1 big and 1 smaller). no beach towels , no beach toys,no floats. You might want to bring some or buy them. The unit is very nice and clean. The beds are firm. plenty of sheets, towels and pillows. The patio has table and chairs that are nice to sit on in morning/rainy day. The kitchen is equipped with basic pots and pans. No cookie sheets, pizza pans , crock pots. No spices,salt/pepper/sugar. I did leave what I brought for the next person. It does have an electric grill/panini maker which we used everyday to grill. There are no outside grills. The appliances are all new. I like to cook so for me.... I would have more things in the kitchen. The only complaint I would have is the people above us were noisy and someone below was doing construction in the condo like replacing the floor so we heard alot of drilling , scraping and hammerring. Overall it is an excellent place to stay right on the beach! We have been coming here for over 20 years and have stayed in this complex twice. I would stay again.

Wonderful

The unit was exactly as pictured. Updated and beautifully decorated. Linda was very easy to work with and we were so happy to be able to get in so quickly once the Covid ban on rentals was eased. We were blessed!
