Situated on BIG water and just minutes from Sinclair Marina, this exceptional lakefront home offers both peaceful relaxation and unbeatable convenience. Located in prime location you’re minutes away from groceries, dining and entertainment.

The Home:
This super spacious home features a thoughtful layout that allows guests to spread out while still enjoying time together. The open-concept kitchen, living, and common area is the heart of the home and includes a pool table, making it perfect for family game nights and laid-back evenings.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals during your stay. While there is no traditional indoor dining table, you’ll find plenty of bar seating along with covered outdoor dining showcasing incredible lake views. A drip coffee maker with a starter coffee bar is provided to make mornings easy.

Sleeping Arrangements:
The main master king suite features its own private en-suite bathroom and a private balcony overlooking the lake with stunning water views—an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

The 3 King suites all have their own unique name and personality. All are featured with their own private attached bathroom.

Downstairs Bunk Room – A fantastic space for kids and teens with:
3 sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds
2 additional twin beds
Please note: The master bedroom requires going up a few steps. The bunk room is located downstairs, and the remaining bedrooms are on the main floor.

The oversized covered lakeside porch is truly a showstopper and designed for relaxation and entertainment. This space includes:
