Less than 5 miles by water from the Twin Bridges Landing Marina and 14 miles from Milledgevilleâs plethora of restaurants and shops, On the Rocks has all the comforts of home while still enjoying the serenity of lake life.

In less than 20 minutes, you can play tennis or pickleball at one of the many well-maintained courts at the Walter B. Williams Park or visit many of Milledgevilleâs charming attractions, including Georgiaâs Old Governorâs Mansion and Milledgeville Historic District. On the Rocks is an easy drive to the many surrounding universities and colleges, including Georgia College & State University, Georgia Military College, and Central Georgia Technical College.

The front yard of our 2.3 acre lot is the perfect spot for children to use their imaginations in a beautiful, natural setting! All TV's in the home are smart Roku TV's.

**Technology: If you canât cut work off completely, rest assured, On the Rocks is equipped with fiber internet as well as a cell-phone booster, ensuring youâll never be inaccessible... unless you want to be. We do recommend that you bring anything additional you will need for your stay. Including your own charcoal and firewood for outdoor cooking & grilling and fire pit/fireplace fun.
Guest access:
Guest will be able to access the entire house including the terrace-level and Pavilion/Cookhouse. The garage and secondary storage building is off limits and locked for safety. There are also a few locked closets and cabinets at the property for owner and property storage. To ensure your safety, please also refrain from climbing on the natural boulders throughout the property.
This property welcomes pets with a one-time, non-refundable fee of $300, requiring confirmation at the time of booking. Pets are not permitted on any bedding or furniture, and guests are responsible for removing all pet waste from the property. Unauthorized pets will incur a fee of $500.
