Welcome to Villa Sukhasana, a peaceful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa designed with natural wood, tropical touches, and a calm atmosphere ideal for relaxing stays in Las Terrenas. The villa features a private pool, covered terrace, and fast Starlink Wi-Fi, and full kitchen making it perfect for vacation stays or remote work.

Both bedrooms include queen-size beds, air conditioning, and ceiling fans, while the two modern bathrooms offer walk-in showers. The bright open living and dining area connects directly to the outdoor terrace and pool.

A power inverter backup system keeps lights and internet running during outages.

Located in a quiet residential area of Las Terrenas, a 10 minute walk to Playa Ballenas and close to beaches, restaurants, and beach clubs.

NOTE1: Credit card processing is securely handled by Stripe. VRBO securely sends credit card detail to Stripe for processing. A credit card transaction fee of 4.95% will apply. In the event of cancellation, the credit card processing fee will also apply.

NOTE2: A first payment representing 25% of the total stay will be charged 30 days or less from the date of arrival. Second payment for the balance will be taken 14 days or less prior to check-in date - Depending on when the reservation is made.

NOTE3: A refundable security deposit of 250USD is held on the guest`s credit card on the day of arrival and is released after check-out inspection.

NOTE4: Like the majority of the rental properties in Las Terrenas, electricity consumption is charged separately. Currently priced at 15 Dominican pesos per Kw/h. A picture of the electric meter will be taken at arrival and at departure.
