It's a nice house, and the Haitian staff is very friendly and helpful. But be aware that a big apartment complex is being built next door, with trucks and caterpillars starting to rumble around shortly after 7 in the morning. You should also know that the dirt road leading to the property can be difficult to pass with a regular vehicle after heavy rain.

Beautiful, relaxing, great location

Our family of 4 stayed in this lovely villa for 9 days. We only needed one room for our family, but had the rest of the villa to use which Is great value for what you get. just a 5-10 min walk to beach. The property is well kept, villas are super clean, beautifully decorated and very well stocked. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook all our meals. Outdoor patio was lovely and the pool was an added bonus, and a break from the beach, especially loved by our kids. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the owners were available by text if needed. We were able to meet Jean the owner on one of our last days and he was very friendly. Playa Bonita is a beautiful beach, not too busy, shallow and the waves were perfect for kids. The only downfall is play Bonita has a lot of standing water so mosquitos can be bad. They were ok as we were not there in rainy season, but still more than we saw elsewhere in DR. Nothing that mosquito repellent couldn’t deal with. A very relaxing stay. Thank you Jean & Corina.

außergewöhnliche Villa in ruhiger Lage - fußläufig zur Playa Bonita

nach anderer Erfahrung fanden wir diese Perle kurzfristig. In wunderschöner ruhiger Anlage mit noch 3 anderen Villen, tollem Pool, riesiger Terrasse (Open Air Wohnzimmer). Verwaltung immer da und ansprechbar (auf spanisch). Sofortige und direkt Rückmeldung vom Eigentümer auf alle Fragen - 1 A unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen. Wir werden wiederkommen, sollten wir nach Samana kommen Dankeschön

Highly recommend for first timers to the Dominican Republic specially families with all adult members and looking for a low key experience. Corina is great and Doña Mari is the best host. Can’t wait to go back!

Another Great Stay!!!

This is our 4th time renting this property. We haven't been able to visit for 2 years due to the pandemic so returning was like going back to our second home. The villa is beautiful! Mary the house keeper and Willy the property management are always around to get you what you need and are lovely! This visit we also had the privilege of the owners Jean and Corina taking on the town to show us some great places to eat and have cocktails!! Jean and Corina are also very responsive if you have concerns or questions about anything. The villa is tucked away just far enough from any noise but close enough to the beach and town!!! Can't wait to return!!! Thanks again guys for another wonderful holiday!!

Enjoyed my stay !

Not far from the beach at all, the pool was great and the staff was very attentive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again ! The only problem was the road to get in and out of the property. They are dirt roads and would normally already be a haste for cars to get in but it rained every day of my stay and the roads had holes in them which made it even more difficult to come in and out of the property. It would be nice if the owners all came together and invested on fixing the roads, I think they would get even more business than they already do. Besides that I loved my stay ! There was a grill which we used and each room has its own bathroom so no one had to share.

Hosts were great and the service with Doña Meri is exceptional. Only drawback is the location is off the beach and takes a little effort to get there. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful Stay!!!!

We just returned home yesterday from a wonderful 12 day stay at this Villa. This was in a great location from the ocean. Just a 5 minute walk to beautiful Playa Bonita Beach. The Villa is exactly as advertised in the pictures. Very clean and huge. Staff were available to meet us when we arrived to the Villa. Very helpful!! Corina also called us to welcome us to the Villa and made sure we had everything. We also were able to meet Corina and John when they arrived to spend some time at one of their other villas. The pool is an extra added bonus if you just want to stay around the Villa. The Villa is located about 10 Minute scooter or cab ride away from the city of Las Terrenas. Do pay a visit there as the grocery stores available have lots of choices for groceries and there are also alot of markets which have fresh fruit and veggies. We ventured in on a scooter which are available consistently out on the main street from the Villa. Very cheap to ride, or you can also rent them at the many locations in Las Terrenas. I would recommend this Villa to anyone. The staff were also available anytime we needed them and wonderful to get to know. Thank you to them both and all their help. Even though we didn't know much spanish they were able to understand and communicate with us, and taught us some spanish words!! Thanks again for the wonderful vacation!!
