Rejoice, for you've just found the perfect vacation home! Located in family-friendly Largo, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom heated pool home is tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood off the intracoastal waters, perfect for your well-deserved, relaxing getaway. Lounge out on the dock to catch some sun rays, watch for the wildlife, or simply enjoy the front row seats to gorgeous water views and beautiful sunsets. With Florida's famous beaches less than 10 minutes away, and 5 minutes away from West Bay Dr, lined with all sorts of restaurants and shops, you're never far from adventure, or relaxation right at home!
Kitchen: Refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig & drip coffee maker, kettle, hand-held mixer, toaster, blender, and crockpot. Basic dishes, cookware, bakeware, and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.
Dining Area: Dining table w/ seating for 4
Living Room: Queen-size sleeper sofa, sitting chairs, wall-mounted TV, and sliding glass doors overlooking the pool and intracoastal.
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a King-size bed, bedside tables with reading lamps, a dresser, a closet, a TV, a vanity & mirror, a ceiling fan, a sliding door to the patio, and an ensuite bathroom.
Bathroom 1 (Ensuite): Full bathroom with toilet, sink with plenty of counter space, and a standing shower with detachable shower head.
Bedroom 2: A full-size bed, a twin bed w/pull-out twin trundle, TV, ceiling fan, and closet.
Bathroom 2: Double vanity sink, toilet, shower/tub combination with detachable shower head.
Bedroom 3: Queen-sized bed, TV, ceiling fan, vanity & mirror, nightstands with lamps, a closet, and a sliding door to the pool.
Office: Work desk and monitor (tower not provided), and ceiling fan.
Laundry Room: Full-size washer and dryer, vacuum, and iron w/ board.
Game Room / Garage: Sitting area with a couch, two chairs, and a TV, NBA Jam arcade game, pop-shot basketball game, darts, game table with 4 stools, board games, and card games.
Outdoors: Outside dining patio table with seating for 6, lounge chairs, sun loungers, heated pool, hot tub, gas grill, outdoor shower, and a dock (boat slip not available for guest use).

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Docking of a boat or any other watercraft is not permitted at this property.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. Please understand that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower a pool heater cannot always heat the pool to temperature.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Parking: This property allows for 4 vehicles to park in the driveway. Street and grass parking are not permitted.
