Just a brief 5-minute drive away lies the pristine Archibald Beach Park, the ultimate spot for sun-seekers and beach enthusiasts. When you're not exploring the nearby attractions, our property itself boasts an amazing pool surrounded by comfortable lounge chairs, inviting you to bask in the warm Florida sun. As the day transitions to night, gather around the outdoor fire pit for a cozy atmosphere.



For those seeking a bit of friendly competition, our miniature golf course provides the perfect opportunity to test your putting skills on the mini golf putt putt green. The BBQ grill is ready for your group's grill master to make it happen. Step inside, and the game room with a regulation size pool table and arcade game will ensure to keep the competition lively! The outside pool has both heating and cooling features. If you would like the pool heated please make sure to ask about its availability prior to booking.



A fully-equipped kitchen completes the ensemble, allowing you to prepare and enjoy delicious meals at your leisure. This is more than just a vacation; it's an invitation to embrace the best of Seminole's charm and hospitality.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire house (minus the locked owner’s closet) via keypad entry.



Getting Around:

Uber and Lyft are available for reliable transportation :)

Primary Guest must be at least 25 years of age to book this

Strict Quiet Hours per the city of Seminole- 10pm-7am

Grounds for termination if we receive a noise complaint- PLEASE be respectful of the neighbors :)

No Parties or Events allowed at this property!

Pool Heating fee is $100 per night. The pool stays heated at 85 degrees. If you would like the pool heated please make sure to ask about its availability prior to booking.

-Our pools usually heat to about 20 degrees above the ambient outside temperatures with the max temperature set to 85 degrees. While FL is warm most of the year, we do experience cold fronts that affect how warm the pools can get when heated. Please keep this mind for your trip if booking during FL’s colder months. Thank you!

- Just a friendly heads-up regarding the pool heater. Due to manufacturer limitations, pool heaters are not efficient when outdoor temperatures drop below 55°F. During colder weather, the heater may run but the pool may not reach the desired temperature, and heating cannot be guaranteed. We appreciate your understanding and are always happy to answer any questions before or during your stay.



GUEST VERIFICATION:

To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.



Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:

- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.

- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.

- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.



The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!
