Quintessential Aquarell Beach Cottage

Exquisit eingerichtet und drei Schlafzimmer, vier Badezimmer Ferienhaus auf einem Cul-de-sac in Aquarell makellos gepflegt. Das Haus verfügt über einen riesigen großen Raum, der für die Unterhaltung auf die Vorderseite abgeschirmten Veranda perfekt öffnet, eine sehr gut ausgestattete Gourmet-Küche, Master auf der Hauptebene, die auf einen schlafenden Veranda, voll Waschküche öffnet sich, und zwei weitere Schlafzimmer mit Badezimmer mit WC im Obergeschoss. Es gibt zwei herausziehen Sofas in den großen Raum und eine Außendusche. Kein Detail wurde über sah in diesem fantastischen Familienhaus, das Fronten eine private parkähnlichen Grünflächen ideal für Familien Rasen Sport, Cocktails schlürfen, Lesen oder Picknicken gewesen.

Gemütlich bis zum Kamin in den Wintermonaten oder öffnen Sie die Französisch Türen im ganzen Haus und genießen Sie die schöne Wärme der Golf Brisen fast das ganze Jahr. Nah an alles und im Herzen der Watercolor Resort noch auf einem privaten Cul-de-sac gelegen.

Great location. Located on small quiet side street. House was well equipped and well taken care of. Master bed was super comfortable. Going to go home and buy myself the same mattress! Only downside was only one set of towels in each bathroom other than master which had two. Highly recommend staying at this house for anyone looking for a quiet getaway.

Family Vacay 2025

The owner Eddie was very responsive and helped us from the moment we got there. The house is in the perfect location in the watercolor community. Beach access was easy and the kids had a pool to swim in after the beach. We love Seaside!

Lovely home in great little neighborhood

This house had way more room than we needed for three of us. Beautifully appointed, we really enjoyed it. The grassy area out front was perfect for teens to play various sports.

We stay in Watercolor every year and this owner was very responsive. House was great and in a perfect location with a beautiful courtyard for the kids to play in the front. We will definitely be coming back for another stay here.

Another great stay

This was our second time to stay at this property for our annual family beach vacation. This home is perfect for our family of six. Location is great, clean, well-stocked and comfortable. Fantastic stay!!

The house was great, the owners are great to work with too. We had a girls weekend on 30A and this house was the perfect spot. It was clean, quiet, plenty of beds, a great kitchen, and anything we needed during our stay. I would highly recommend this home and owners when looking at a place to stay on 30a. I'd rent this house again in a heart beat.

Family Beach Trip

Our family has stayed at numerous Watercolor properties and this one is definitely the best so far. It was the perfect layout and size for our family of 5, was super clean, and had all the comforts of home. Eddie, the property owner, was very responsive when we had questions. Great House! Perfect Location!

We had a great trip and loved the house. The house is exactly as described. We had 2 adults and 6 teenage girls and we had plenty of room. The location is fantastic and walkable/bikeable to all the Watercolor amenities and main eating places in Seaside. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful, clean home! Highly recommend!

Our family of six adults stayed in this gorgeous home in Watercolor and had the best time. The state of the art kitchen was a bonus, as well as the four bikes that were available for us to use throughout our stay. The owner was quick to respond when we reached out and ensured we had a great vacation. This home was furnished with all the cleaning supplies and extra garbage bags, washing detergent, and paper supplies we needed. EXCELLENT STAY!

Thanks for a great stay!

We had a great trip! The house was perfect and just the right size. And what we didn't realize is that the layout is perfect so the people upstairs don't wake up whoever is sleeping in the master bedroom. Well-stocked kitchen. The washer and dryer are small, but no other complaints. Easy and relaxing, would stay here again. Thanks Eddie!

Lovely Watercolor home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your home. Wonderful location, it was perfect for our kids to ride bikes and scooter around the loop as well as play out of the lawn in the evening. Another bonus is the location of the Master to the other rooms, it’s not on top of each other so it was easy for our toddler to nap while the others played.

Perfect for family

First of all this house is gorgeous!We were in town for my nephews wedding.Our host did an amazing job making sure we got we received the check in information.The house was spotless and well maintained.All basic household needs and paper goods supplied.Lots of serving plates,dishes and cutlery.The porch swings were a peaceful place to enjoy my morning coffee and to visit with family in the evening.Plenty of places for everyone to retreat. We had never visited Watercolor before and lived all the amenities included with our rental.

Great house in Watercolor!

Our stay was wonderful! Eddie and Kimberly’s house is beautiful and the kitchen and laundry room had everything we needed. Everything was fully stocked, the house is beautifully built and communication with Eddie was easy and efficient. The screened in porch was our favorite spot! We also especially loved the big lawn area in the court in front of the house. My husband and son played lots of catch. Thank you!

Private and relaxing

We very much enjoyed our stay. No complaints. I have stayed at many Watercolor properties. This one was on a private street across from a green space, so no cars at all coming in front of the house. All parking is in back. Only suggestions I would make would be to move the swing bed to the front porch as it is not used in its current location, and put a keypad entry on the back door since that is where you park. Overall great stay and we’d use this property again.

SB Beach Getaway

This house is the perfect beach getaway for the family, a girls weekend and/or celebration getaway. The house is a short bike ride to the beach, pools, parks, and shopping areas. The front and back screened porches allow you to rest, read and socialize. The house is roomy enough that everyone is not on top of each other. Make sure to take a soak in the bathtub in the master. The green median in front of the house is great for lawn games and a safe place to let little ones play and still be in eye shot from the porch. I highly recommend this house for your next vacation and getaway.
