The Beach Bear is our newly constructed, three-story beach home that offers an unparalleled vista of the Gulf of Mexico, with breathtaking views of the Gulf sunsets.

The Beach Bear has three King ensuites and one (2 bunk, 4 beds) Ensuite, all with balconies and gulf views, perfect for 10 guests.  A private pool, elevator, beach cart and chairs, large ice machine and beverage cooler and much more!

With just a one-minute stroll, the pristine sands of the Gulf are at your doorstep, beckoning you for serene walks along the water’s edge as you explore over two miles of undeveloped beach conservancy, or invigorating dips in the azure waves. After a peaceful day at the beach, retreat to the relaxing patio overlooking your private pool.
