You’ll have easy access to local shops, restaurants, and some of the freshest seafood on the Forgotten Coast. Just a short distance to T.H. Stone Memorial St. Joseph Peninsula State Park at Cape San Blas where you can enjoy the beach for some fun in the sun or the bay side for snorkeling. Joe's Place is the perfect place for scalloping during scallop season.

Located about 2 miles from Cape San Blas Pontoon Rentals for fishing and scalloping (during season). For local fresh seafood St Joe Shrimp is only 2 miles away. If your're looking to book an off shore charter fishing trip or in shore bay trip call Dog House Charters also only 1 mile away.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.
