The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from quick breakfasts to full dinners - refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cooking basics, dishes and silverware all included. The open-concept layout flows into the dining area, a good spot to gather before heading out or wind down after a long beach day.
 
Living area & balcony
The living area offers comfortable seating and a TV for quieter evenings in. Step out onto the private balcony to take in Gulf breezes and open water views - it's a natural spot for morning coffee or an easy end to the evening.
 
Resort amenities
Sunbird Beach Resort sits directly on the Gulf, with multiple pools available for swimming and lounging alongside the beach. The property includes laundry facilities on-site, a private entrance, and self check-in via keypad. Wifi and air conditioning keep things comfortable indoors. Note: there is no carbon monoxide detector on the property.
 
Daily attraction tickets
Each day of your stay comes with one complimentary ticket per day to some of Panama City Beach's most popular attractions - options have included a sunset and dolphin watch sailing cruise, WonderWorks Adventure, trampoline park admission, indoor black light mini golf, and a Dave & Buster's Power Card (per stay).
 
Good to know
Parking passes ($30 per pass, one maximum) and amenity wristbands ($6 per band, up to four) are purchased at the HOA office on-site. Wristbands are required for all guests over the age of 12. No washer, hair dryer, or essentials kit is available at the property.
