This end-of-group townhome offers peaceful water views from every window and water access for paddle boards, kayaks, fishing and crabbing. Please note: the bulkhead is being replaced and will be completed on or before 3/15/2026.

A deck or porch on every floor including a roof deck with sweeping views of Fenwick Island.
Closet of board games and puzzles for all ages. High-Speed Internet and Smart TVs in every room, except the bunk room.
Garage doubles as an entertainment space with gas grill, small refrigerator, TV, games, tables and chairs. (Garage camera is turned off during the rental season.)
Beach supplies including chairs, umbrella, wagon and toys.
For little ones, there is a baby gate, portable crib, high chair and cabinet safety locks.
Washer and Dryer with detergent, softener and laundry basket. Ironing board and iron are located in the primary suite closet.
Parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway and a 5th in the garage, if it does not leak fluids.
Smoking is prohibited.
No pets allowed.

One of the best features of this canal-front retreat is its prime walkable location. From the house, you are within easy walking distance to everything that makes Fenwick Island such a special vacation destination: a day at the beach, relaxing or playing at the nearby waterpark, local restaurants and casual dining, The Fenwick Island Boardwalk, several mini-golf courses for family fun, nearby rentals for jet skis, boats, bicycles, and more, adding even more adventure to your stay.

All beds have pillows and protective mattress covers. Complimentary fresh sheets and a towel package are included with every reservation of 3 nights or more, ensuring a hassle-free experience from the moment you arrive. This will include 2 sheets for each sleeping surface, pillowcases for the pillows a set of towels for each guest (1-bath towel, 1-hand towel and 1-wash cloth per guest). For hygiene and sanitation purposes, linens are professionally prepared, sealed in plastic and provided in a package. Guests will be responsible for making their own beds upon arrival.

Please understand that this property does not allow for any "Senior Week" or group rentals with any guest under the age of 25. Any booking that does occur, will result in the reservation being cancelled and a cancellation fee of 10-100% depending on the date of booking in proximity to the check in date.
