Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Our family has 10 years experience hosting guests at the MD/DE shore. We recently have designed and built (completed 2023) this beautiful and functional Cottage for our family to enjoy and to share with others. We both grew up in the Washington D.C. and Baltimore areas and some of our fondest memories are vacations at the Maryland/Delaware beaches. While swimming, sunbathing, and beachcombing are the main things we enjoy, we also love the food (crabs, seafood, french fries, popcorn, ice cream, etc.), the mini-golf courses, and the people we meet along the way. We hope that as our new guests you'll be able to make many happy memories during your stay at our beach cottage.

Location, Location, Location! It's so close to the beach (1-2 minute walk)! Ocean block so no highway to cross to reach the beach. Being in North Ocean City is less hectic than the south end of ocean city but it's still close to all the attractions Ocean City has to offer. It's also very easy to get to the nearby resort towns of Fenwick Island, Bethany, Dewey, and Rehobeth.
