Guest Access:
As a guest at Coastal Charm at Bayside, you will have access to the entire property, including all the amenities and facilities. Check-in and check-out are both hassle-free and can be done at any time using the smart lock.
Here are some more details about what you can expect during your stay:

- Please Note Bayside Community charges an optional per person fee for guests ages 5 and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the pools, tennis and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year. Guests must be registered at least 7 days in advance. A service charge will apply for late registrations or changes made within 7 days of the guests’ arrival.

- Complimentary use of the 7-seater, custom golf cart

- High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property

- Smart TV with access to popular streaming services like Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Hulu

- Fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, coffee station, and all the essential cooking and dining utensils

Please note: We rent to families, married couples, and responsible adults over the age of 25. No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online booking for group rentals will not be honored.

HOUSE RULES
– Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
– There shall be no smoking inside the House. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied.
– Please wash your dishes after use. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees may be applied.
– Parking: off street parking is available.
– Please do not rearrange our furniture.
– If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
– If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
