370 Turtle Cove – Waterfront Luxury w/ Heated Pool, Fire Pit, Bikes & Walk to Beach

370 Turtle Cove is a 3-bedroom/3.5-bathroom pool home located on the intercoastal waterway and accommodates 9 guests. This vacation home is truly something special. All three bedrooms are set as suites with their own full bathroom attached, TV, and sitting areas. The open floor plan allows for the stunning ocean and pool views from the master bedrooms, kitchen, living room, and dining area. Vacation mode will start as soon as you enter! Luxury furnishings and the Florida flare will allow your stay to give you the relaxation and entertainment that will make memories. Lounge by the pool or head to the beach, just .5 miles through the neighborhood. During the day, sit around the fire pit with your favorite beverage, watch the famous Gulf sunsets and reminisce about the day's adventures.....dolphins are known to play in the intercoastal waterways so keep an eye out!!! Kitchen: Stainless steel ice/water refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, 2 slice toaster, and 3 counter stools. Basic dishes, cookware, and utensils are also provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, coffee filters, and/or pods are not always available.

Dining Room: Table w/ 6 chairs.

Living Room: Sofa, 4 chairs w/ ottoman, coffee table, console table, TV, and ceiling fan. Additional sitting area with oversized chair and ottoman. Large sliding doors connecting to the outdoor pool area.

Hall Closet: Washer and dryer.

½ Bathroom: Half bathroom with single vanity. No shower or tub.

Bedroom #1: Master bedroom #1 with pool views has a King-size bed, 2 night tables, a dresser, a TV, and a ceiling fan. Sitting area w/ chair and ottoman (which can be made into a twin bed), Desk w/ chair, dresser, ceiling fan. Private sliding door to the pool area and ensuite bathroom.

Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Single vanity and toilet with a step-in shower. No tub.

Bedroom #2: The second master bedroom with pool views, has a King bed, 2 night tables, a TV, a dresser, and a ceiling fan. Sitting area w/ 2 chairs and an ottoman table. Private sliding doors to the pool area and ensuite bathroom.

Bathroom #2 (En-suite): Single vanity, toilet, and tub/shower combination.

Bedroom #3: Queen bed with a twin bunk bed over, TV, nightstand, ceiling fan, dresser, and an ensuite bathroom.

Bathroom #3 (En-suite): Single vanity, toilet, step-in shower, private entrance door.

Outdoor Area: Heated pool, 4 sun loungers, resort-style seating area, outdoor grill, and a fire pit. As well as pool floats and noodles as well as goggles and other pool toys kept in the trunk poolside.

Garage: 6 beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, cooler/wagon, and 2 adult bikes.

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
6. Docking of a boat or any other watercraft is not permitted at this property.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. Please understand that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower a pool heater cannot always heat the pool to temperature.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

Parking: This rental allows for 5-6 parking spots depending on the size of the vehicles. Grass and street parking is not permitted.

Indian Rocks Beach is a quaint coastal town with beautiful laid-back beaches, plenty of local retail shops, watersport rentals, restaurants, and sweet shops. The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well. Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney are just two hours away.
