Modern Beach House on intracoastal,heated pool, Kayaks,walk to IRB beach & town

Welcome to our beautiful modern Beach House situated right in the heart of the IRB town. Please enjoy a coffee at sunrise out on the deck over-looking the intracoastal and catch a glimpse of the dolphins swimming by. Walk to the sugary white sandy beaches of IRB in 8 minutes and cool off or warm up in the private backyard pool (Heat pump heated to be used year round (85-95 degrees) . Pool heat-pump also has cooling function for the hottest months to keep the pool refreshing. Grill/dine out by the pool and cozy up and watch a game or outdoor movie and enjoy the ambience of the outdoor fire-table or rotate the tv to enjoy it from the pool. Walk to all the fun beach restaurants with live music including Crabby Bills, Jakes Cantina, Slyce pizza, Anecdote Brewery, PJ’s, Tropical ice cream, VIP and much more. We are also a 10 minute walk to the splash harbour waterpark and boat/jet ski rentals and have golf cart rentals nearby.

We updated all our bedrooms with new comfortable mattresses to assure your sleep is as relaxing and enjoyable as the rest of your stay. We will provide beach towels/pool towels, 6 beach chairs, sand toys , pool goggles, beach shelter, cooler and a pull wagon to help you transport everything to the beach with ease. We do have a bunch of pool floaties for both adults and children and two poolside lounge chairs for enjoying the pool. The pool is kept professionally maintained year round and averages 85-95F between. We installed a new electric heat/cool pump pool heater for our guests to enjoy the pool year round. The pool cooling is especially nice in the hot summer months.

We also have numerous games for indoors and outdoors including: Giant Jenga, Giant Connect Four, Floating golf hole game for the pool, Bocci, half size ping pong table and much more. We will provide one full propane tank for the outdoor Weber grill and propane for the fire table as well. If you need groceries, Publix is a 3 minute drive away and also delivers to the house with instacart.

As we do have an open seawall, you're more than welcome to cast a rod and try your luck fishing in the intracoastal. We currently have one stand-up paddleboard and two kayaks that guests can enjoy and guests often go fishing off the kayaks and provide one fishing rod.
