Nestled in Davenport, this spacious retreat is just minutes from world-famous destinations like Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, ESPN Wide World of Sports, and SeaWorld.



Designed with stylish furnishings, immersive themed rooms, and a large game room, this home offers endless entertainment for guests of all ages.

The Oasis Club at Champions Gate consists of a huge 9,500 sq. ft clubhouse with incredible amenities:

Movie Room, Games Room, Grille Room Restaurant, Fitness Center, Aerobics Room, Champions Gate Country Club golf course, full-service restaurant, beach volleyball courts, and Kids Club.



The resort community pools, lazy river, water-slide, indoor cabanas (rentals) with AC, and of course the tiki bar at the pool to cool down with a refreshing drink and meet new friends!



The Neighborhood:

This luxurious amenity center is for homeowners in Lennar's Champions Gate together with vacationing guests staying in the resort's short term rental approved neighborhood, The Retreat at Champions Gate. Inside the 16,000+ sq. ft. | 1,500 m² clubhouse building you will find The Grille Room restaurant and bar, concierge desk, a movie theater, fitness center, game room, and more. Among the outdoor amenities are two temperature controlled pools, a lazy river, 2-story water slide, children’s water play structure, sand volleyball, rentable cabanas, poolside food and drink service, and the Tiki Bar. Separately, the community also features 7 tennis courts and the Champions Gate Country Club golf course.

Whether you prefer public transit or driving, getting around is straightforward and stress-free, enhancing your overall travel experience.
