My husband and I are from Las Vegas and just purchased this cute little condo! They call Vegas the 9th Island. We love going to Kona, well all the islands to be honest. Our favorite island is Kauai. We love to have a home away from home and look forward to sharing this with others.

If you look at the Kona Riviera Villas from the outside, you'd never know the beauty that is hidden away inside that gate. When you walk inside, you are greeted with a lush garden breezeway. Walk up the stairs to our unit or take the brick pathway towards the relaxing pool area. You can lounge at the pool and look over the ocean, watch the spinner dolphins or the whales (during the season) and just enjoy a slow pace.
From our private lanai, you can also enjoy the same view and drink coffee in the morning, have a meal or enjoy a cocktail during sunset. There is nothing better.

This complex only have 14 units, and our building is not street facing, which means peace and quiet. You are close to Kona town and shops and restaurants, or you can spend the whole day at the pool.
