Aloha! Welcome to Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club #9-305

This spectacular top floor, beautifully decorated, highly desirable corner unit has an impressive 1,188 interior square feet, plus a covered wrap around lanai with ocean views. Unit features two bedrooms & two bathrooms, modern Daikin air conditioning, and in unit washer/dryer. Accommodations allow six people to sleep comfortably in the master king-sized bed (with full en suite bathroom), two full size beds in the second bedroom (with adjacent newly remodeled bathroom), and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The unit has free 500 Mbs high-speed internet and the living room and bedrooms feature modern flat screen TVs ​with cable. Additionally, the unit offers the use of boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs, beach bags, tennis rackets, pickle ball racquets.badminton racquets, snorkel gear, inflatable rafts, and a cooler. Property was just upgraded to include LVP flooring throughout the condo.

Property amenities include three lighted tennis courts, clubhouse, newly remodeled pool, ping pong, volley ball, and soft drink machines. Property ​is adjacent to the Kona Country Club Golf Course. And if you are looking for more, one of the most interesting features of the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club are the numerous archaeological sites. These preserved areas provide a glimpse of Hawaiian life years ago.

As you walk to the other side of the complex, you will find a black sand beach directly adjacent to the property! A five-minute walk gets you to Kahalu'u Beach for snorkeling or surfing; and a short drive finds you at Magic Sands Beach for playing in the sand and waves. KTA supermarket is right up the road from us, also close enough to walk if you choose. Keauhou Shopping Center is close by and boasts a theater, Longs Drugs, several restaurants, other shops, and a Post Office.

THINGS TO KNOW: This condo is located on the third floor. Elevators are not available. This is a non-smoking condo.

We have a keyless entry system using a digital access code. You won’t have to worry about losing or forgetting your keys. This also makes it easier for check in and check out.

We have a new modern Daikin Split AC system which will effectively cool the entire condo during hot days. This includes 4 separate AC units in both bedrooms and the living room.

Excellent communication with owner. Excellent amenities-beach chairs, umbrella, snorkeling gear, beach shoes, kids sand toys etc The only negative is the mattress on both beds in the 2nd bedroom need replaced. There is an egg crate to mask both beds worn mattresses. When you are away and on vacation, the 2 most important factors are cleanliness and comfort of the beds, (linens, pillows, mattress). The owner really needs to replace the mattresses in this VRBO.

Amazing Experience at the KKSRC

The property is situated in a great location—perfect if you are planning on experiencing the manta ray snorkling/dive excursion and/or golf at the Kona Country Club. It was clean and beautifully furnished. We loved the view of the ocean from the pool and easy access to the beach. Would definitely stay again!

This property was in a beautiful location with views of the sunset. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed to enjoy time with our 3 teenage sons. Clean bright and homey

Beautiful condo

Our stay at the condo was great! The condo is beautifully furnished and the wrap around lanai was wonderful for morning coffee! We had a view of the ocean and were able to see the spinner dolphins from the lanai. We were given a nice welcome package from the owners, which was a very nice gesture! Our over all stay at Keauhou Kona racquet and surf club was thoroughly enjoyed and would stay again!

Amazing paradise

We had such a perfect vacation at this beautiful gem. The location was extremely convenient, nestled within walking distance to the best snorkeling and surfing. Grocery stores are near, the airport and other beaches are fairly close as well. The owners were accommodating, condo was gorgeous, clean and the decor was very tasteful. It was set-up with everything we needed plus more for beach activities. We could tell everything was well thought out.

Perfect Place for Two Week Stay

The property was clean with gorgeous views of the ocean from the lanai. Everything we needed and more was provided. Dennis and Maria made sure we had what we needed to in order to find the condo complex, get into the gate, and get into the condo. They were also very responsive when we had questions. We are always so appreciative of clean properties, and this one was perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our two weeks!

AMAZING

We were impressed with how well stocked it was from towels to kitchen items to all the ocean equipment. This place was true to the pictures on VRBO. We live on the island and the decor was beautiful, not "Hawaii gaudy tourist looking." Very modern with just the right touch of Hawaii. One suggestion is a small rice cooker would be nice to have for the rice lovers.

Amazing find!

I stayed here during my visit to Big Island. The location of the house is amazing! It is connected to major roads of the Island with downtown Kona and groceries a convenient ride away. The house was very clean and spacious. The lanai offered beautiful view, me and my friends spent a lot of our time there. It was really easy getting in touch with Tracy and they provided all the essential stuff to enjoy a comfortable stay. I would want to stay here any time I visit Kona.

great...location, property, condo layout, dinning and a grocery right there.(2 min. up the road) easy access to every where you want to go. the condo is so nicely apointed it was really comfortable to use hang out and enjoy. the view is so absorbable, just great .cant wait to get lucky and get this EXACT condo-location next trip to Kona. when can i make it next//

Excellent vacation place!

The condo was perfect. Included was absolutely everything that you could think of, beach stuff, snorkel gear, coolers; enough fans to keep the place a pleasant temperature. We loved the swimming pool and the BBQ facilities in the complex. The condo was tastefully furnished and well stocked and very clean. Tammy and Tracy gracefully accommodated our very late departure with a later than normal check-out time, which was wonderful and made our last day there very pleasant. I highly recommend this place and will be back for sure!

Excellent location and comfortable accommodations. Easy access to all things necessary and a great place to come back to and relax while watching the sun go down. There is a fantastic supply of beach accessories in the unit that we wish we were aware of prior to our arrival so we didn't need to bring the suitcase of "toys" with us. All is supplied. A/C was much appreciated.

Nice family getaway

Dennis was an amazing host who checked in with us upon checkin and great with communication. He recommend a great swimming location for our 2yrs old with green back turtles. Property is away from the busy & lively Kona Coast so perfect for our family. Close drive to everything nearby such as beach, stores, cafe, marina (swimming with Manta Rays). We used the pool so the use of the swim gear was amazing! The lanai was used heavily for every meal & try place had everything we need to make meals. Highly recommend this home for cleanliness, location, friendliness! We would definitely stay again & highly recommend Dennis & Maria’s home

Great location, AC, and views

We recently stayed here and could have not been more pleased with the condo. It was very clean and the owners provided clear easy instructions for arrival. I cannot overstate how nice it was to have AC after our long days of playing. It was also walking distance to a few stores and the KTA has great donuts. The condo isn’t on the water but you still get amazing views. We would definitely book again.

Excellent stay in Kailua

The condo was clean and exactly as advertised. The wraparound lanai was relaxing and a fantastic place to view the gorgeous sunset. The kitchen is well appointed, and we otherwise also had everything we needed including beach chairs, umbrella and towels. The condo is within walking distance to a strip mall with a KTA supermarket, Longs Drugs, and a number of restaurants - after days and days of driving, it was nice to be able to leave the car behind! It’s very quiet in the gated condo community and nearby, but only short driving distance to the heart of town for souvenir shopping and lively atmosphere. Highly recommend!

The most unbelievable views from this unit!! The condo contained so many luxury items!!! Pool towels, snorkel gear, tennis and pickle ball paddies and balls, coolers, beach toys and anything you could possibly need for a vacation!! The kitchen was equipped with everything a cook could ask for.. including spices, oils, kitchen gadgets, and cookware! Thank you for the best vaca!! Oh and the neighbors playing pickle ball.. the absolute sweetest!!

Texans Take Kona

This property had a lot to offer. Plenty of open space and had a great view with a large porch. Short walk to a beach but was rocky on the shoreline so bring secure water shoes. Plenty of grocery options close. I would recommend going to the property before the store. There were a lot of condiments and even left over pantry goods that we used and helped cut back on grocery bill. Beds were comfortable and super soft! 3rd floor no elevator- perfectly fine for our group but could be limiting for some.
