● Housing sex offenders is prohibited
● Operating or maintaining a structured sober living home
● Selling liquor, controlled substances, or pornography
● Operating any adult‑oriented business, including nude and topless dancing
● No person, including an owner or operator, shall operate a vacation rental or short‑term rental in violation of this section
● Last‑Minute Bookings: Additional verification needed for arrivals within 72 hours or with local Arizona guests
