My wife and I just spent 3 weeks at this property. The home was beautiful and exceptionally clean. We enjoyed the location which was within 3 minutes of one of the best public golf courses in Arizona and was located in a quiet cul-de-sac. We espcially enjoyed the design of the large great room and master bedroom. All of our interactions with the host were timely and considerate. Would love to stay here again when in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.

Great 5 night 6 day stay as we transitioned our son from Virginia to Arizonia for his first job. Super comfortable for a group of 4 adults. Very clean, modern home with great outdoor amenities...grill, pool, jacuzzi. Hosts were amazing.

Perfect getaway

My husband and I came to town for a few days for rest and relaxation and that’s exactly what we got!! We spent most of our time in the heated pool and hot tub. The house is absolutely gorgeous and was so comfort for us! We can’t wait to go back again!!

Spring getaway

The location of the house is great! Close to everything in North Scottsdale. We enjoyed all of the nearby hiking trails which are about a 15 minute drive from the house: Brown’s Ranch, Pinnacle Peak, and Tom’s Thumb were favorites. We played pickle ball at a nearby public court as well. Pool and spa were very nice; appreciated the heating being included as it was a little chilly! Plenty of room for everyone inside as well. The only thing that could be improved upon is the variety of cookware. But we enjoy cooking even while on vacation:) This might not be as important to others. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful accommodation

Our host Neil was very helpful insuring our stay was a perfect one. The home is amazing, absolutely spotless. Everything you could possibly need was provided for. The location was great for our needs. The outdoor space and pool is beautiful. They did an amazing job with the landscaping. I will definitely love a return visit in the near future.

Beautiful Home!

I’ve been to Scottsdale three times, but this was the first time renting a home (stayed in resorts before). This house had it all! Spacious kitchen (well stocked with dishes, pot/pans, spices, cooking utensils), pool, spa, and can we talk about that primary bedroom suite?!? Stunning. Neil responded quickly to each of my questions, and we would definately stay here again.

Well stocked, spacious and great layout to home.

We had a great stay, home was perfect for what we were looking for. Home was very clean and very well stocked with soaps, shampoo and paper products. Received checkin information timely and communication with host was easy. Unfortunately weather in AZ didn’t cooperate and was too cool for our liking to swim in pool or use outside area. Was mostly in shade. But was a beautiful backyard area. Enjoyed pool table and the neighborhood was quiet. TVs worked fine and easy to figure out. Would definitely return.

Awesome spot for family vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is large and the grounds are beautiful! The pool was a little unusual as it is deeper in the center and shallower on the ends, we really liked this feature. Pool and hot tub (and heat!) were amazing. Grill works and is right in the mix with things. We slept well here, beds not soft or hard. We would stay here again, preferably not in summer to take advance of nearby hiking. Owners very responsive.

Stunning

We were a family of 6 and stayed at this property for 1 week in May. The home is beautiful, immaculate, and a quiet neighborhood. So many amentities that made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. Every thing you can imagine was provided (tide laundry detergent, paper towels, beach towels, pool floats). The kitchen is well equipped with spices, olive oil, Keurig machine with coffee pods, etc. There is even a small liquor supply. The pool and spa are great and well maintained. The host, Neil, is very responsive and so gracious...definitely a "super host". Would highly recommend this property. Every thing was just perfect!

We’ve called Scottsdale home since 2007 and absolutely love everything the Valley has to offer. I’m originally from Houston, TX, and Beth is from Los Angeles. We met in the Bay Area, completed graduate school in Southern California, and eventually settled in Scottsdale, where we’ve built our life together.

Over the years, we’ve been self-employed and recently began investing in real estate with a focus on creating high-end short-term rental homes. Hosting is something we genuinely enjoy—whether it’s friends, family, or guests from around the world, we love helping people experience Scottsdale in style and comfort.

At home, we don’t have kids but happily spoil our two dogs, two cats, and a few horses. I spend free time playing golf, while Beth enjoys the outdoors and riding horses.
