A Private Mountainside Residence in Paradise Valley
Designed by acclaimed architect Gordon Rogers (Arizona Architecture Foundation), the home accommodates up to six guests across two king suites and a flexible office/guest space. Floor-to-ceiling glass frames sweeping views of desert mountains, open valleys, and city lights, while warm wood beam ceilings and natural stone integrate the home seamlessly into its surroundings. The layout provides true separation between suites, ideal for executive stays, extended residencies, or quiet retreats.
The residence accommodates up to six guests and includes two king suites plus a flexible office/guest room with a comfortable sofa bed. With three full bathrooms and one half bath, featuring soaking tubs and walk-in showers, guests can enjoy personal space and comfort throughout the home.
Floor-to-ceiling glass fills the living areas with natural light, while warm wood beam ceilings and natural stone create a calm, grounded atmosphere. The layout provides clear separation between sleeping areas, making the home well-suited for longer seasonal use, extended visits, or quiet retreats.
The upper king suite features a private deck and motorized blackout shades for complete light control and restful sleep.
The lower king suite offers ground-level access and equal privacy.
The office/guest room may be configured based on the length and nature of occupancy.
At the highest point of the property, a private spa gazebo offers a quiet setting for sunset views and evenings overlooking the valley.

Payment Terms:
All rent, deposits, fees paid in full upfront at lease signing. No monthly payment plans available. Negotiable on extended stays greater than 3 months.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations 60+ days prior to check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations within 60 days of check-in are non-refundable.
Occupancy & Use Restrictions:
Maximum occupancy 6 guests. No property events, parties, or gatherings permitted without prior written landlord approval. No Smoking.
Tenant Screening:
Tenant screening prior to approval. $50.00 background check fee per adult.
Additional Terms:
Perfect for executive relocations, extended stays, holiday retreats, or corporate housing. Pets welcome with prior landlord approval. Flexible rental terms and customized arrangements available upon request. Additional concierge, grocery shopping, and cleaning services available upon request at guest's expense for the ultimate luxury experience.

Quiet, Private Residence – No Parties or Events
This is a strictly no-party, no-event property.
Only registered occupants are permitted on or near the residence. Gatherings, events, or additional visitors are not allowed. This policy is strictly enforced to preserve the privacy and quiet enjoyment of the surrounding community.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are enforced daily from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors at all times.
No Smoking
Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted on the property.
No Commercial or Business Use
Commercial activity of any kind is not permitted, including photo or video shoots, personal services, content creation, or other business use without prior written approval.
Check-In & Check-Out Flexibility
Early check-in or late check-out may be available when scheduling permits. Requests must be approved in advance and may involve an additional fee due to staffing and liability considerations.
Natural Desert Environment
The residence is located in a natural desert setting. Despite professional pest control and regular maintenance, guests may occasionally encounter insects or small wildlife typical of the area. Keeping doors and windows closed helps minimize this.
Outdoor Features & Propane
Propane is maintained for outdoor fire features and grilling; however, availability cannot be guaranteed at all times. If a tank requires replacement during occupancy, guests may swap the tank locally and will be reimbursed for the cost.
Keys & Access
Lost keys or access devices will be charged at replacement cost.
Deliveries & Lost Items
Guests are responsible for receiving any packages delivered during occupancy. The property and owners are not responsible for lost or missing deliveries. Items left behind and recovered by staff may be returned for a handling and shipping fee.

Listing photos are professionally taken. While the residence is carefully maintained, furnishings, décor, or minor details may vary due to updates or maintenance improvements.
Property Care Team
From time to time, maintenance, landscaping, or pool professionals may be on-site to service the property. These visits are brief and essential to maintaining the residence.
