Welcome to La Casa Verde, a private, pet-friendly home where you can relax in a lush, tropical paradise located at the quiet end of a cul-de-sac with two canals surrounding the backyard. At the same time you are only 1 block from Siesta Key Village and minutes away from the island's famous Siesta Key Beach, known for its powdery white sand and crystalline waters. Explore the vibrant village, with its eclectic mix of shops, restaurants and live entertainment. Whether you're looking to soak up the sun on the beach, stroll through the village or enjoy a quiet day by the canal and heated pool, this home offers the perfect balance of convenience and peace.

La Casa Verde provides a spacious, open floor plan with multiple areas for your family and friends to gather, all within sight of the pool and canal through a wall of glass doors. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area make it easy to prepare and enjoy meals together.

With four cozy bedrooms guests find plenty of room to relax. The hallway off the kitchen leads to a bathroom and two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. The first floor bathroom is barrier free with a large, walk-in shower and comfort height commode, both with grab bars for the mobility challenged. The vanity has twin sinks and there is a deep, soaking bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Upstairs the primary bedroom features a king bed and the loft bedroom has 3 twin beds. Both of these bedrooms have doors to the bathroom with a large, walk-in shower, twin basin vanity, and private commode. In an upstairs closet you'll find a Pack 'N Play for infants and a baby gate for the bottom of the stairs if needed.

Families enjoy the canal front location by renting kayaks and paddle boards to explore the calm water and easy access to the Intracoastal Waterway from our dock. Or enjoy passing the time waving at the occasional boat and watching for manatees and jumping fish. The backyard is fenced in except along the canal.

As our guest, you'll have access to 3 adult bicycles, beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, towels, toys and a wagon for transporting these to the beach. Inside you'll find an array of books and board games to enhance your stay.

Our peaceful retreat will keep you comfortable year-round with air conditioning or heating. Whether you’re gathering for a multigenerational family visit or enjoying quiet time, you will feel right at home as your family builds lasting memories.
