This stunning home offers all the amenities you need for your most memorable Siesta Key vacation! Our private home offers an unbeatable location a short walk away from world famous Siesta Key Beach, voted the # 1 beach in the USA and Siesta Village! This home is ideal for families and small groups!

The Casa on Siesta Key sits within walking distance to multiple beach access points that lead directly to the powdery sands of Siesta Key Beach.

The Casa on Siesta Key - at 2,000 square feet of living space has plenty of room for up to six adults and eight total guests to spread out and enjoy the island lifestyle that the home fosters. The home welcomes you indoors with an open kitchen and dining area that's the perfect spot to relax before heading out back to the enclosed pool area situated directly on the canal after a long day at the beach.

The home is a split floor plan with the master suite and one guest room on the south side of the home and the other bedroom on the north side of the home. The kitchen comes complete with stainless steel appliances and an eat-in island and dining room to provide ample seating. The luxury living room is equipped with plenty of seating. The private pool can be accessed through the towering sliding glass doors with the view of the canal just beyond.

One highlight of The Casa on Siesta Key is the true master bedroom with a full ensuite and separate outside entrance. The king-sized bed and walk in shower are guaranteed to become a refuge for relaxation. Sunshine will pour in through the wall-lining windows to rejuvenate and refresh your senses.


The backyard of The Casa on Siesta Key is an oasis in and of itself. With over 1800 square in the enclosed area, canal views abound from the rear of the home while using the salt water pool. Paved patio and access to the grill and outdoor eating area are additional enhancements. This is the perfect spot to relax and unwind after spending a day in the white powder sand of Siesta Key.

This was our third stay in the last 3 years. Already reserved for stay number 4 in March 2027. It’s just my wife an me staying but plenty of room for friends and family to come and visit. Huge pool renovation this year (2026) greatly expanded the pool area/entire pool has been renovated with easy access to get in water with area that you can put a lounge in the water in the heated pool also new are two new glass fireplaces, one is a tabletop model and one is a bar top fireplace area. Very nice. Of course the house wonderful with a great kitchen and seating area leading to a living room section. One step down from these areas is a great TV area with an 85” TV with couches and chairs. The master bed area is big with huge shower area and double sinks. The guest bath sits just outside a nice guest bedroom that can be used by the guests in the 3rd bedroom. The heated pool overlooks the canal where you will see small boats and paddle boarders going by from time to time. The house. Has absolutely everything you will need for your stay. The location has perfect access to the village and beech and for food and restaurants and shopping. We’ve stayed at 2 other VRBO’s and after you stay here, you better lock down your stay for your next trip before someone gets it before you!

We have been coming to the Sarasota / Siesta Key area for around 12 years. Just stayed in this home 07/19/20255 thru 07/30/2025 and it was a wonderful stay. Bryan was the best host hands down that we have ever had, very personable. The house was clean. The grounds were clean. The bed was comfortable. The master bath was fantastic with a very large and clean shower. I can't say enough about our host. He makes sure you have everything you could need in the home - just above and beyond anyone I have encounter when renting homes in the area. The pool was great. We enjoyed the pool so much that we only went to the beach once. At night it was very quiet and peaceful. The home was very private as well and was exactly what we were looking for and also within walking distance to the beach or the village. Staying at this home made us feel like there's no need to search for anther home next year unless the dates we need are booked because this home had everything we needed and more. You can't go wrong renting here!

Siesta Key 2025

We absolutely loved this property. It has a great layout, and the pool and outside area are very nice. The house comes equipped with everything you could possibly need, which is super helpful when on a trip. The beds are comfortable. Bryan is an excellent host. He is available for any questions you may have. We would definitely come back to this location for a return trip.

Great week in Siesta Key!

We had an amazing stay and the house had everything we needed! Location was great - we ended up driving to the beach and village most of the time but did walk once or twice also. The pool was great and my four year old never wanted to get out. Everything was clean and the beds were comfy. We would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay in Siesta Key

The house was beautiful, the location is a quiet residential area near Siesta Beach. We had a lovely time in this well stocked home that had everything we needed for our stay. There were plenty of towels, beach chairs and gear, a super beach cart to carry our stuff and Bryan the host was very attentive and super nice. The pool is big and heated and in a sunny spot, very nice even without the lanai which Bryan says will be replaced in the future. Thanks Bryan!

Amazing house in Siesta!

We absolutely loved this house in Siesta Key. Bryan was delightful to work with, so helpful and responsive. He set the perfect tone for our arrival and made everything so easy. Perfect Tropical Getaway

Bryan's property on Siesta Key was truly amazing! The house, pool, yard, and canal were wonderful! The property's location was fantastic being only .8 miles from the beach and not far from Siesta Village. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, perfect for afternoon and evening walks. The house was spotless and well stocked with amenities/everyday items! We spent so much time in the heated pool, along the canal, and around the fire place. We loved every minute of our stay and hopefully can visit again soon. Thank you so much, Bryan!

Terrific!

This was our second stay in this home and it was just as good as the first time. Bryan is a fabulous host-great communication-anxious to make your stay perfect. Terrific location, home is nicely decorated, wonderful master bedroom and bath, spacious large secondary bedroom with guest bathroom adjoining the bedroom and 3rd bedroom for guests or kids. Bryan keeps the pool heated, so no matter the month of your visit, the pool temperature is perfect. Very comfortable home/floor plan with lots of natural lighting. We have already made reservations for our 3rd stay in 2026. You won’t be disappointed!

Thee Best VRBO Rental I Have Experienced

I have rented in the US and Europe and by far this whole experience was wonderful! I felt like I rented from a good friend. Wonderful house

We love this house . The location is perfect , quiet neighbourhood but about 15 min walk to the beach and a few minutes longer to the village . Everything we needed was there. Pool fantastic. Everything super clean , great to have the washer and dryer . Perfect spot for us !

Best Siesta Key VRBO yet!

This was our 3rd house VRBO rental in Siesta Key in the last 3 years and I can easily say Bryan’s home has been the best! The location is in a perfect location on a very quiet street with quiet neighbors on each side of the house and across the canal. The open floor plan is wonderful with lots of natural light. The website description and photos are 100% accurate. My wife and I were the only guests, but we did have 14 family members for a birthday party on a rainy day and everyone was impressed with the home. The 21 other guests that have reviewed the home have gone into additional detail so I won’t repeat their comments. I will say this-if you are undecided about renting this home versus others, reserve this home now before it is before someone else takes it-you will not be disappointed!
