For stays of 28 nights or more, a utility deposit of $1,500 per month is required. This includes a monthly gas and electric usage allowance of $200. Any charges exceeding this amount will be deducted from the deposit. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded following check-out based on actual usage. A copy of these policies will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation. The primary guest is also required to provide details for all vehicles of guests staying at the property. Please note that the person paying for the reservation needs to be the one checking in and the same person must stay in the home throughout the reservation. Parking is convenient with space for one car in the driveway and generous street parking available. When everyone isn't hanging out together in the great room, they will likely be just outside around the pool and spa. Pool and Spa Heating - ADDON
Optional pool and spa heating is available for an additional $80 per night. Note: There is room for one car to park on the driveway but the garage is not accessible to guests. Check-out time is 10 AM To ensure a seamless and quick arrival, we offer virtual check-in. Per the City of Palm Springs ordinance, we are required to conduct a face-to-face check-in within 24 hours of your arrival, which will be completed virtually with a member of our team.

When it's time to venture out, Mag's is within walking distance to some of the most popular restaurants, bars, and resorts in the Coachella Valley, including MICHELIN-recommended Bar Cecil, Mr. Lyons Steakhouse and Ace Hotel to the South, or all the excitement that downtown Palm Springs has to offer just to the North. This home is located in a VERY quiet neighborhood.

Quiet hours from 10 pm to 10 am safeguard the tranquility cherished by all our guests. Per the City of Palm Springs, all adult guests (18 years and older) are required to read and provide written acknowledgment of the Palm Springs Good Neighbor Brochure prior to gaining access to the rental property.
