There is also a gorgeous living pavilion with alfresco dining, a lounge area, a fire feature, and a BBQ cooking station with a bar. There is even bocce ball and a fabulous outdoor shower. Stunning mountain views and towering palm trees add to the magic of this spectacular concept home.

The living area also has a fabulous stone fireplace and is open to the dining area and kitchen. The fabulous open floor plan provides an upscale yet comfortable space for your entire group to spread out in style, and the high ceilings and walls of glass add an airy feel - blurring the lines between indoor-outdoor living.

This property has all the appointments you would expect on a luxury vacation home rental, including high-speed internet access, updated climate control system, and 5 smart televisions.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
All of the bedrooms feature comfortable hotel-quality mattresses, a flatscreen TV, and ample storage. The Primary Suite has a King bed and direct access to the pool yard. It also has an ensuite bath with a double vanity and direct access to the pool area. The 2 Guest Rooms have King beds and share easy access to the Guest Bathroom in the hallway. The Casita has a Queen bed, a mini fridge and sink, an ensuite bath, and its own private entrance - which leads to the pool yard.

THE LOCATION
Conveniently located in Tahquitz River Estates, less than a mile from Palm Canyon Drive and both Downtown and South Palm Springs. Restaurants, shops, and nightlife are all within walking distance or a short ride away. You'll be less than a mile from the world-famous Palm Canyon Drive, close to both the South Palm Springs Business District and the bustling Downtown area. Grocery stores, fine dining, casual restaurants, nighttime entertainment, and some great coffee shops are all just a 15-30 minute walk or an easy Uber ride away. This really is the ideal location for those who want to be close to everything - but removed from the hustle and bustle of Downtown.
