Im legendären Viertel Movie Colony / Ruth Hardy Park, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom berühmten Ruth Hardy Park und dem Hauptstreifen der Innenstadt entfernt, erwartet Sie dieses stilvoll eingerichtete Haus aus der Mitte des Jahrhunderts (Charme der 1940er Jahre, einschließlich intakter Originalfenster) mit einer einzigartigen mediterranen Note Bietet wunderbare Innen- und Außenbereiche für einen privaten, sonnenverwöhnten Kurzurlaub in Palm Springs. Dieses neu renovierte und vollständig modernisierte Haus verfügt über unglaubliche Innen- und Außenbereiche zum Unterhalten, Kochen, Entspannen und Genießen aller Angebote von Palm Springs.

Das Wohnzimmer ist hell im modernen Stil der Jahrhundertmitte eingerichtet und dennoch sehr komfortabel. Es verfügt über einen 60-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher, ein Sonos-Musiksystem und einen gemütlichen Gaskamin. Es gibt einen Essbereich für 6 Personen (kann bei Bedarf auf 8 erweitert werden) mit Blick auf einen sorgfältig angelegten Vorgarten mit einem eigenen Brunnen (der nachts leuchtet) und einem Sitzbereich im Freien.

Die Küche ist mit allen erdenklichen Artikeln bestückt und mit neuen High-End-Geräten (einschließlich eines Semi-Pro-Samsung-Ofens) ausgestattet.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist offen und hell und mit einem sehr komfortablen Kingsize-Bett und einem 42-Zoll-Fernseher ausgestattet. Das zweite Gästezimmer ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über ein elegantes Queensize-Bett.

Das separate Gästehaus (Casita) verfügt über 2 separate Schlafzimmer, die sich ein Bad teilen. Die größere Gästesuite verfügt über einen 50-Zoll-HD-Fernseher, eine Frühstücks-Sitzecke und eine kleine Küchenzeile mit eigenem Minikühlschrank und Mikrowelle.

Das Hotel liegt im Viertel Movie Colony East, nur einen Block vom berühmten Ruth Hard Park und einen kurzen Spaziergang von der Hauptstraße der Palm Canyon Road entfernt. Dieser Bereich hat eine der größten Sammlungen von Mitte des Jahrhunderts entworfenen Häusern. Genießen Sie die atemberaubende Aussicht auf die Berge. Das große Privatgrundstück ist sorgfältig mit wunderschönen Wüstensteinen, Sträuchern, Agaven und wunderschönen Quarzböden angelegt.

Der Hinterhof ist sehr privat und verfügt über einen professionellen Outdoor-Grill / Küche. Das Haus verfügt über mehrere Sitzbereiche im Freien, darunter eine große überdachte Terrasse mit einer großzügigen Terrasse, eine Feuerstelle im Freien mit einem eigenen Sitzbereich sowie eine große Auswahl an Gartenmöbeln, einem Esstisch im Freien, Sofas und Chaiselongues.

Nachts bietet das Anwesen einen herrlichen Blick auf die Palm Springs Mountains und den klaren Wüstenhimmel, akzentuiert durch die wunderbare Feuerstelle im Freien und die Außenbeleuchtung im gesamten Anwesen, die den Abend so angenehm wie den Tag machen.

We had a wonderful time at Indigo Dream. The house and its locations are as described, the check-in was easy and the house is well equipped. We really like the main house/casita set up as it allowed our group to spend time together, but also have privacy when needed. There a handful different seating arrangements around the property, which we also appreciated and we loved that the property has a well established back yard with a number of citrus trees with fruit and in bloom. This is a great place to relax and destress. We'll definitely be back.

Great location

We stayed here for 5 weeks. The property is comfortable and in an excellent location. Great for walking and enjoyed Ruth Hardy Park. Close to restaurants as well. It was stocked with everything we needed. The host was quick to respond to any questions. The outdoor spaces were a bonus. Our family came to visit and having the separate casita was excellent. We would definitely stay again.

A perfectly appointed and perfectly located oasis.

For a long stay to avoid winter, we thoroughly enjoyed our laid back stay at Indigo Dream. Quiet, lush, and with sunlight coming in from every direction, the home made for clam tranquility....and when it was time to socialize, we had to pick from our shady coffee spot, our lat night fire pit, the delightful sauna, or in most days, the perfect nap spot by the pool in a wicker hut. I highly recommend this location and the comforts of a perfect Palm Springs escape.

House was perfect for our getaway with friends.

Great house. Plenty of space for our group of friends. Outdoor spaces were perfect to follow the sun around throughout the day. Kitchen was well stocked to cook just about anything. Overall a really well maintained and managed property. Property manager was available to answer any requests right away. Highly recommend this place!

Amazing property, great pool and outdoor space, near downtown Palm Springs

Stayed here with two families (four kids total). There are two houses, the main house and the 'casita' which has two big bedrooms. It's very well maintained, basically perfect. The pool was great for kids but would work for basically anybody. Owners were responsive and very easy to work with. Would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a great spot in Palm Springs.

Wonderful Spring Break for family of 5

We had a WONDERFUL stay at Indigo Dream. The house and accommodations were even more impressive in person than in the pictures. Our kids (14, 12, 7) absolutely loved the house and we had so much fun in the pool and they loved the casita! The house was very well equipped, extremely clean and we loved the little touches like the outdoor workout area. The house was in a great area and very convenient to so many things. We spent a lot of time downtown, and it was just a short drive. Management was great and came to our rescue when our son accidently locked us out of a bedroom. They were super responsive and showed up in less than 30 min. We can't wait to come back to Palm Springs and would def stay at this house again.

Wow! Relaxation to the max!

Loved the property. The outdoors is sooooo nice. Pool and spa perfect for me and my partner. They had rafts, towels and comfy chairs all around the outdoor space. Grill was awesome. Firepit was awesome. Lights at night really made the space gorgeous. Casita is a fabulous addition. It was just the two of us so we didn't "need" it but it was well furnished and comfortable. Kitchen is very well stocked. We didn't want to leave. We will be back.

Good and Bad

It seemed aged and funky but not in a good way. My big issue is the highly hazardous condition of the microwave - that is a fall and lawsuit waiting to happen. The second big flaw is that there no not water at the kitchen sink. Third it would be nice if there were option for bed pillows. The only choice gave me a stiff neck for 3 days of my stay. I would not recommend this property to a friend The good was the power of the jets in the spa and the water volume in the shower.

An Indigo Dream Come True

I can't say enough great things about this property. It's beautifully decorated, the outdoor space being just as gorgeous as the indoor space. The minute you step in the door, you feel very much at home. But walk into the backyard with the fire pit, the BBQ, the pool, and the lounge area and you'll know you're on vacation :) The pool casita is a perfect separate area for more friends to join or another family to enjoy the two additional bedrooms and separate bathroom. Surrounded by palm trees and a residential neighborhood, you can have all the relaxation time you need but also being close to town means you're a quick drive away from some of the best nightlife in Palm Springs. All I'm gonna say is I'm definitely staying here at Indigo Dreams again on my next trip out to PS. Everything about it is perfection. Thanks to Michael, the check in process was seamless. Looking forward to being back soon!

Indigo Dream - definitely NOT a dream - false advertising!

We were so unhappy with the inside of this home, we asked Oasis rentals to find us a different property to move to the same day we checked in. We had a strange noise coming from the bathroom, which turned out to be a broken valve, so no toilet available in the main house the first night, DIRTY + RAGGED linens, pillows, and furniture. On the outside - the pool floats are so old and filthy dirty and cracked/ripped!! The cushions in the outside cabana /daybed were also so filthy we couldn't use it. I have photos of everything. We will never rent from Oasis again. EVER.

Just wow

My family and I stayed at this beautiful home for 4 days to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. Off the bat, communication was excellent. Each person I communicated with was very warm and patient. For the house to be on a busy street, it is pleasantly serene once you enter the gate. The house is beautiful. The outdoor areas were fantastic. I have never seen a house with so many areas, they used the property effectively and maximized the wow factor. My son loved the pool, and it is a memory I will cherish. The spa was heavenly. The indigo theme was charming, and not overdone. The location is 6 or so minutes away from downtown Palm Springs, which is fabulous. The rooms were spacious, and we loved the casita for my parents. My family of four were in the main house and enjoyed the character of this home. There were some minor issues we ran into during our stay. I know it was cleaned, however in the shower and the vent in the guest bedroom we found strands of long black hair either stuck to the shower floor or hanging on the vent. There were ants in the cabinet but they were gone the next day. We notified the property manager and thankfully they were beyond willing to ensure the ants were gone. The COVID-19 signage can be a bit much, but I do understand the need behind it. I am hoping in the future the city mandates change, we really wanted to host a dinner here in the beautiful backyard but respected the wishes of the owner and city :) Overall, we had a great time here and would love to come back in the future.

Fabulous vacation spot!

Spent a marvelous week here with three friends! All the rooms were nice, common spaces inside were comfortable, and so many spaces outdoors to swim, sun, sit, etc. The property management company was awesome to deal with - fast responses to my questions and clear expectations communicated. The noise guidelines from the city of Palm Springs had us nervous, but we managed to hang outside without music just fine. And so grateful it was all communicated ahead of time so we knew what to expect. We are looking forward to coming back to this property again!

Loved this property! The main house and guest house were perfect for our group of eight. Hung out by the pool all day and played games by the fire pit all night. The comfiest beds made for great sleep. Erick, the property manager, was very quick to reply to any and all questions we had. Look forward to staying here again!

Wonderful property - great layout for a group!

This property had everything we needed and more. Plenty of kitchen and pool supplies, ample indoor and outdoor space, and overall great layout for a group. Bedrooms are well appointed and outdoor areas are separated to easily spend time together or relax apart. House proximity to downtown and grocery stores is a big plus. Private entrances to all bedrooms allows coming and going without disturbing other guests easy. We had slight issues getting the gas turned on to the outdoor grill and the hot tub heat turned up, but we were able to remedy both with the instructions left in the guest manual and help of the property manager. Overall great stay.

Perfect for a girls weekend!

This house was perfect for our girls trip. There was plenty of outdoor and indoor lounging space for our group. The layout and interior decoration was exactly as expected. The house had plenty of kitchenware and things like that for our use. The only issue was that the washer didn't work so the house manager had to come over and get out additional towels for us to use since we couldn't wash our own. Eric was super responsive to text or calls though so that was great. Overall it was a lovely house and it was a great stay.

We were Disappointed.

We selected this house for it's outdoor living and location and that did not disappoint with one exception. On arrival we found we needed to pay extra to heat the pool (much needed in February). This detail was overlooked by us in the contract because this is the first time we have been asked to pay this (and we have rented for years over this same week). The kitchen is as pictured, very small but well equipped. The microwave is above the fridge requiring a step stool to access. The other big disappointment was the casita. It was in rough condition with an exposed electrical outlet, torn linens and flat pillows (the linens and bedding in all bedrooms were were substandard). The Oasis crew was responsive when the dishwasher did not work and bathroom floor needed repair. Our overall impression was that this rental was overpriced.

Beautiful property

Indigo Dream is a beautiful, quiet and comfortable property with all the amenities available to provide a relaxing stay. We especially loved the outdoor fire pit during the cool evenings. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with almost every utensil and glass you'll ever need. Loved that they had champagne and wine glasses available.

Gate broken. Stuck when Eric greeted us. Security blown.. Casita shower water cold only Casita shower drain slow with no hot water before stall fills with water.. Toilet seat in main house left with spray cleaner still on it. Realized after “sitting” down Both toilet tank mechanisms need recalibrating. Trickle effect happening causing run on (all night long) Master bed needs new mattress. Foam pad on bad mattress, no bueno...

Mark, Thank you for your feedback. We have reviewed the items you Brought to your attention. We are not sure what occured with the gate, however it has been inspected by the gate company and is in working order. There is a secondary "walk in" gate off of the carport which offers a second layer of security. On inspection all bathrooms have hot water. It is possible you may not have let the water run long enough for the cold water in the pipes to clear. We also checked the shower drain and it now drains well. The toilets have all been checked and we couldn't find any that were dribbling or running. I am sorry that you didn't enjoy the mattress in the Master bedroom. The mattress and mattress topper are new, however they are on the softer side as that is the homeowners preference so I understand that may not be ideal for all guests. The mattress and topper however is regularly updated to the home owners preference. We thank you for your feedback and we are always happy to make any applicable adjustments to assure we are able to assure our guests have a lovely experience. Fantastic property!

The property was more beautiful than the pictures! We had two families, with plenty of room to hang out together outside and inside without feeling overcrowded. The kids loved the pool right outside their doorsteps. The property manager was kind, helpful, and prompt in answering our questions. Our only disappointment was with the very strict rules of the city of Palm Springs- we couldn't have any music playing outside while we swam and relaxed. I highly recommend Indigo Dreams!

Chillaxing in Palm Springs

Indigo Dream was the perfect place to gather my family for a wonderful week. It was my 10 year old granddaughter that coined the phrase ‘ chillaxed’ as we enjoyed the pool & jacuzzi, evening by the firepit and more As previous reviewers have noted the pictures of this property are truly accurate. We loved that the property is organized as a compound with so much though given to each area. Having the Casita is the reason I choose Indigo Dream which gave the younger family members their own space, I would happily plan a return visit.

Beautiful place for a family vacation!

We spent 8 days at Indigo Dream for a family vacation - 6 adults and 2 kids - and the property far exceeded our expectations! It had all of the amenities you could want - BBQ, fully stocked kitchen, wifi, pool, hot tub, laundry, towels, etc. It is quite modern and clean, and in a very good location. Communication with the property manager was great and found check-in/check-out to be very easy. Would highly recommend Indigo Dreams!
