This rare ocean beauty features, two en-suite rooms, both of them offering a king size bed, and one also has a daybed with a pull-out bed underneath, the king size beds fitted with Simmons/Serta hospitality mattresses, and premium all white linens. Both bedrooms and the living room are equipped with 70" Samsung Smart TV's, we also bring the latest in gaming entertainment with a PlayStation 5 connected to the living room tv. We also make it available beach towels.

Parking Instructions:

NO ASSIGNED PARKING, BUT GUESTS MUST PAY $15 PARKING FEE PER DAY FROM THE RECEPTIONIST (CREDIT CARD ONLY, NO CASH) AND DISPLAY THE PARKING PERMIT IN THE VEHICLE AT ALL TIMES.



*PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU WILL BE ARRIVING AFTER HOURS SO WE CAN GIVE YOU A CODE AND LEAVE A PARKING PASS IN THE AFTER HOURS BLACK LOCK BOX LOCATED ON THE FRONT DESK OF THE LOBBY. THIS PASS IS ONLY GOOD UNTIL 12PM THE FOLLOWING DAY, AS YOU WILL NEED TO GO BY THE FRONT DESK AFTER 9AM TO GET YOUR EXTENDED PASS AND PAY THE PARKING PASS FEE. WE TRULY WANT TO ENSURE YOU HAVE A SMOOTH CHECK-IN PROCESS AND NOT HAVE YOUR VEHICLE TOWED.

sand. It is illegal to touch or disturb the turtles, their nests, and dune habitat. Let the night provide the light

� Turn off balcony lights when not in use.

� Move lamps and fixtures away from windows.

� Avoid using flash photography and flashlights while on the beach at night.

� If you see a sea turtle at night, keep at least 50 feet away from it and remain calm and quiet.

� Fireworks are prohibited on the beach at all

times.
