This ocean front condominium is directly on the beach as you can see in the pictures. The first floor has the kitchen, dining, living room, half bath and balcony to view the ocean and people on the beach. The second floor has a master bedroom with a king bed, a view of the ocean and a second bedroom that has a queen and bunk bed with private bathroom. The area is walking distance to many restaurants and night life, shopping etc.

Property Manager is constantly monitoring incoming messages and typically responds within an hour or less.

Flagler avenue is within walking distance and is famous in the surrounding area for numerous restaurants, tiki bars, live music, fine wines , shopping etc. Kennedy Space center tourist attraction is only a 35 minute drive or visit Disney for the day which is only a 70-80 minute drive.

The complex has two large beautiful pools with large patio sunbathing areas with many lounge chairs to choose from. Off the pool decks are multiple barbecue gas grills and outdoor picnic tables if you choose to eat outdoors while viewing the pool and ocean at the same time. Oh yes, if you enjoy shuffleboard you can challenge someone to show off your skills. You will have a difficult time finding a better resort style property in the neighborhood.

Fifteen minutes drive from Daytona !! This condominium is directly on the water, sitting on the balcony off the living room you are watching beach goers, surfers, dolphin looking for their next meal and birds doing the same.
We completely remodeled the interior with new furniture, fresh paint new kitchen countertops and more.

Plenty of parking for your rental car or Uber is available if you plan to participate in the local monthly wine tasting event.

The unit has spectrum cable television and WiFi internet with a Roku streaming device to watch Netflix or other movie and TV streaming sources.

Great stay. The unit was clean and the building seemed so quiet at bed time. We really appreciated some of the extra amenities available in the kitchen for cooking and coffee making. We would absolutely stay there again.

Ocean waves equals sweet dreams

The condo was very nice but the master bedroom was a dream. We enjoyed falling asleep to the crashing waves every night and waking to the beautiful sunrise.

Very responsive host throughout. Condo as described and perfect for our family. The Pelican condo employees are not the most friendly bunch, but we almost never interacted with them. I would definitely rent from this host again.

Exactly as pictured. It is a two-story townhome with wonderful views of beach. Lots of room for the two of us, would be perfect for four as well. Would definitely stay here again. Perfect location on quieter part of beach (for Feb, at least). Could walk to a few restaurants.

Wonderful vacation

The unit was very nice with an amazing view! Owner was quick to respond to messages and very helpful. One of the pools were closed and the elevator only worked our first day which was very inconvenient, but definitely not the owners fault.

Perfect getaway. The view was beautiful! We loved that we could see the ocean from the large door/windows in the living area & the bedroom. And loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the beach. So convenient to quickly get to the beach & cool. We will definitely visit again. The place was nicely decorated and equipped, making our stay very nice. The only thing we didn’t like was the mattress in the 2nd bedroom, which is sagging in the middle. Hope to visit again soon!

Lovely Beachfront Condo

This condo is a beautifully located beachfront unit at NSB. Perfect location, Lovely decor, quieter beach, not as much traffic on thIs section of the beach as other condos, which is nice. Short drive to all restaurants Good parking. Major construction going on Summer 2020. Very noisy at the time of our stay. Unfortunate. However owner worked with us to make the rate appropriate for our stay.

Lovely and restful!

This is a fantastic property and we enjoyed our stay immensely. We’ve been staying at the Pelican in NSB for over 40 years so we love the location and this little town. It’s comforting and familiar. The owner of this condo was responsive and the property included everything we needed including cozy fleece blankets to snuggle up in in the evening which was very comforting. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are comfy. Overall the decor was really lovely and the condo was really clean and smelled great. I would count myself as a pretty tough customer and very picky about where I stay when away from home and and would definitely recommend!

Spring Break '25 with friends

We had 2 adults and 4 teenage girls with us. The bedroom with the queen and bunkbeds was perfect for the girls. The master bedroom had plenty of space and a beautiful view. A few things that could use a little improvement are: more bath towels and wash cloths, more beach towels and thicker ones, bigger skillets, more beach chairs that sit low to the ground (one was missing it's seat and needs to go in the trash), a new water heater (with 6 people taking showers back to back, the hot water unfortunately barely made it into the 3rd and 4th persons shower), and the stair lift made it extremely difficult to get up & down the stairs safely, especially with our suitcase. Also, Mark was very responsive any time I messaged him with a question. The condo was great and we had an excellent stay. We'd definitely consider staying here again.

Thank you for your constructive and "Fair" review. We plan to do some decor upgrades later this year and removing the chair lift is on the list. My Father installed that chair years ago for my Mother. They are not around anymore, but that chair does remind me of her.

Nice Little Place

Overall the condo was amazing with a great location! The showers weren’t the cleanest and we noticed black mold growing in the corner of the guest bedroom. Otherwise the condo was clean and smelled so good! The property owner was amazing at accommodating our requests and was prompt in responding to messages! Note, there are only 5 wash cloths available in the condo, so you might want to bring your own! One pool was closed for the week, and I was told it has been having issues this summer. There are various restaurants within 5 minutes driving time, shops, and a Publix right down the street.

I would not come back even if it was free

We could not access the condo one night with the keypad. We had to rent a hotel room. The mgr tolds us we should have phoned him. Our phones were locked in the condo along with his phone number. We also had trouble with the lock on 2 other occasions, but eventually got the lock to work.A neighbour told us there was alot of trouble with the lock. It was so frustrating we left 3 days early. The Mgr would not compensate us for the hotel room.

Beautiful location and property. There are elevators to haul your beach supplies and kid stuff. The beach is not crowded. You don’t ever feel like you are on top of one another. You may drive on the beach at this property. Which can be a plus. Mark was also very helpful because we had 3 cars with us. Answered all my questions within minutes. As soon as you walk through the door you’re greeted by views of the beach through the large sliding glass doors to the balcony. The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals at the property. They even have a well stocked spice rack. However, if you’re looking for a place to go The Garlic is FANTASTIC. The unit has a washer and dryer in the closet which comes in handy with small children and all the trips to the beach & pool. The closet is also stocked with beach supplies if needed. The two bedrooms are spacious that included ample closet space for all your luggage/clothes etc. & they have their own bathrooms. Our son especially enjoyed the bunk beds! The master bedroom beach/ocean view is amazing. It also includes a small private balcony/patio. I love to workout and I was able to find a spot on the beach or poolside to start my morning. The views were beautiful. I did bring a set of dumbbells because there’s no gym on property. One morning we actually got to watch baby turtles make their way to the ocean! It was pretty amazing to say the least. Wonderful stay! We will be coming back!

Beautiful views from an even nicer condo

We had a long journey and were more than rewarded on arrival. The condo is even more beautiful than shown in the pictures, which is perhaps due to the sound of the sea. We really enjoyed our time here. The view of the ocean from both floors is breathtaking. You have very quick access to a slightly quieter section of beach, which we really liked. The kids had also a lot of fun in the pools. Nothing was missing and we felt very comfortable here. We can fully recommend the property and the host. Thanks Mark!

It was very clean!

We enjoyed our stay at the Pelican. It was very clean. One of the things I found nice, they kitchen is very well equipped with just about anything you would have in your own home. It made it very easy to prepare for stay-in meals. We will definitely return in the future.
