It was great location. The only thing lacking was there was no soap. We had to purchase a few essentials at the store The night we arrived.

An extremely clean and well-stocked unit. The master bed was very comfortable as well as the living room furniture. The location was perfect! A beach restaurant right next door and a very short walk to Flagler Ave.

Great place and location

Perfect get-away

Great condo in great location

This condo has been tastefully updated and is really nice. Great location near Flagler Ave. Perfect for beach walking and enjoying the sunrise. Would definitely stay here again.

We would definitely ask to stay here again. Looking out at the beach is just blissful! The condo was clean and nicely decorated - comfortable and well stocked with outdoor gear.

Great condo for my husband and I and our adult son. Really appreciated the beach chairs and beach towels. Kitchen was well stocked. Great views from 5th floor balcony. Easy walk to restaurants and shops on Flagler and easy free parking. The beach had a lot of seaweed while we were there which produced a not so pleasant smell on the beach and even on the balcony, but that is irrelevant to how nice the condo was.

New Smyrna Beach

This was a great condo. Very clean, well decorated. Exactly as advertised. Great view of the beach, pool was relaxing. Plenty of towels and linens, beach chairs. Very relaxing. Close to Flagler Ave, you can walk to bars and restaurants. Crabbys was fantastic for breakfast and dinner. We would highly recommmend this condo and would stay here again.

Clean and everything you need. A short walk from Flagler restaurants and shops. View from deck can't be beat! You can watch the ocean or the action at the Flagler beach access!!

such a nice condo

the condo is super nice, updated & beautiful! we loved staying here & plan on booking the same place next year. the only thing i would change would be the sheets on the queen bed, they are soooo hot for the beach.

Great location Comfortable stay

We enjoyed being near Flagler Ave near all the cool shops and restaurants. Our condo was located perfectly in the center of Oceanview side of the property. There was zero noise. The sheets, towels and accessories were comfortable and thoughtful. We found everything we needed and look forward to our next visit.

Fabulous Oceanfront Vacation

Location, Location Location...watch the beautiful sunrises, walk to restaurants and relax in the well appointed condo on the beach. The only negative was the master bedroom bed; which was very uncomfortable and difficult to get a good night's sleep.

New Smyrna Beach

We really enjoyed the property, it was clean and conveniently located (a 4 block walk from the main street, Flagler Ave). We overlooked the beach which made it easy for us to do daily beach walks. Plenty of good eateries when we didn't want to cook (though Publix was about 8 blocks South) and nearby Marine research facilities had interesting tours. We had a great and relaxing time.

Clean and neat and beautifully decorated. Everything one needs for a fun beach stay. Walking distance to Flagler Avenue for restaurants and shops. Eat breakfast right next door at Toni and Joe's right on the beach. Can't beat the balcony view at the condo.

Fabulour Locaation

The condo is very nice with a beautiful view from the balcony. The dining table is very nice and accomodated our needs. I appreciated the variety of kitchenware. Only suggestion is to either invest in new mattresses for the twin beds or provide matress toppers. Would definitely stay again!

Honeymoon

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. This unit was located right on the beach of the ocean and we had our coffee and breakfast every morning sitting on the balcony watching the sun come up and listening to the waves as they came ashore. The unit was clean and exactly as it looked in the pictures. It was located close to restaurants, bars, shopping and all the fun activities at New Smyrna beach. We would highly recommend this to anyone looking to vacation or honeymoon at New Smyrna Beach.
