This rare ocean beauty features, two en-suite rooms, both of them offering a king size bed, and one also has a daybed with a pull-out bed underneath, the king size beds fitted with Simmons/Serta hospitality mattresses, and premium all white linens. Both bedrooms and the living room are equipped with 70" Samsung Smart TV's, we also bring the latest in gaming entertainment with a PlayStation 5 connected to the living room tv. We also make it available beach towels.

Parking Instructions:

NO ASSIGNED PARKING, BUT GUESTS MUST PAY $10 PARKING FEE PER DAY FROM THE RECEPTIONIST (CREDIT CARD ONLY, NO CASH) AND DISPLAY THE PARKING PERMIT IN THE VEHICLE AT ALL TIMES.

sand. It is illegal to touch or disturb the turtles, their nests, and dune habitat. Let the night provide the light

You can help nesting sea turtles and hatchlings.

� Keep drapes and blinds closed after dark.

� Turn off balcony lights when not in use.

� Move lamps and fixtures away from windows.

� Avoid using flash photography and flashlights while on the beach at night.

� If you see a sea turtle at night, keep at least 50 feet away from it and remain calm and quiet.

� Fireworks are prohibited on the beach at all

times.
