We’re in the woods — occasional insects/critters are normal

No parties, events, glitter, fireworks, hunting, or weapons

Only registered guests allowed on the property

No commercial photography without approval

Septic system: toilet paper only; no food in sinks

A quick rental agreement + a $300 security deposit hold are required. The hold is released within 5 days after checkout if no issues arise.
