This lovely 3BR 2 Bath with three bedrooms featuring a king, queen, and 2 twin beds. Unpack in the walk in closets attached to each bedroom. There are two full bathrooms with one opening to the pool/lanai area making it easy to refresh after a day of exploring or swimming. Close off the 2 guest bedrooms and bathroom with the pocket door for more privacy. If you have work to do, you will find a writing desk and sitting area in the primary bedroom. Do your laundry in the washer and dryer. Iron and ironing board also included.

Relax by the inground heated and fully screened pool. Escape from the sun under the covered lanai. You will find a gas grill, patio table and chairs, lounge chairs, pool floaties and pool/beach towels. Listen to your favorite music through the Bluetooth Stereo.

Step into the light and airy open floor plan home and explore the fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook your favorite meal. There is a Keurig station to enjoy a cold or hot beverage as well as a blender to whip up your favorite frozen cocktail. Enjoy your meal at one of the 2 dining areas. You will find spices in the pantry with a toaster, coffee maker, blender and all new appliances.

Sit down and unwind in the family room or the living room. Enjoy your favorite program on the 75inch Smart TV with Wi-fi. You will find games and cards or simply relax and explore the selection of books in the family room cabinets.

The home is just a short drive to Englewood, Manasota, Boca Grande and Venice beaches. Take a 7 mile drive to Englewood Beach, 14 miles to Manasota Beach, 15 miles to Boca Grande and 19 miles to Venice Beach. All perfect for shelling, shark tooth hunting or just enjoying the sunset. Explore downtown Englewood or Venice for charming shops and restaurants. If you enjoy golfing, there are several public golf courses nearby.

In the garage you will find everything you need for your adventures. You will find pool floaties, beach chairs, a beach wagon, coolers, a beach umbrella, shelling bags, a shark tooth hunting sifter, bicycles and tennis/pickle ball racquets.

Bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers, towels, shampoo, soap and body wash as well as starter supplies of toilet paper and paper towels.

Check in at 4pm and checkout at 10am.
You will be given front door access code one week prior to your stay.
Stays limited to 5 night minimum and 9 day maximum.
2 Guest maximum unless approved by owner. $20/day/person over 2 guests
No Pets allowed.

Must be at least 25 years of age to book the property.
No Boats/trailers/recreational vehicles.
There are exterior cameras at driveway, front door, exterior sides of home.
There is no pool camera for your privacy.
There is a 20 dollar per day fee to have the pool heated. This will l be a separate invoice from the booking invoice. Pool heat not usually needed May-Oct.
