HiThe size of this home is what drew us to this rental having the 5th bedroom. Unfortunately, after we checked in we found that the home was basically thrown together to rent it out. The bedroom off the dining room isn’t really a “bedroom” and has a see-through door they put sticky paper on to make it not see through. That didn’t work and there isn’t any privacy. The hall bathroom barely had hot water with it turned up all the way. They purchased the thinnest cheapest towels, sheets and rugs you can find and you can tell they did not pay attention to the small finishing details, especially in the bathrooms. I can’t comment on the pool or yard since we didn’t use them. The biggest issue during our visit, and the main reason for my review, is the first night we had the heat go out and it got very cold in the house and we couldn’t sleep. (All 7 guests), while they were quick to resolve it for our second night they would not make things right and compensate us for the one night even though things were miserable when the temps outside were in the 40’s and the entire house has concrete floors. That combo created an extremely cold house. We paid for a home to be comfortable, at minimum, and we were not especially that first night. I would not recommend this property even if the heat wouldn’t have gone out, I would not return
