Prime! The house has 5 bedrooms (two masters), 3 bathrooms, with a huge backyard featuring a fully remodeled pool. The pool (not heated) was updated with Pebble Tec and to include a nice baja shelf for relaxing/sun bathing in 10 inches of water. We also love hosting kids. Along with the crib we also have a high chair, pack n play, and other baby related items for your use.

Property is exactly as advertised and then some! Very lovely home that is neat, in good condition, comfortable, and located in a very quiet neighborhood. Close to highways so you can easily get anywhere in the Valley. In the Valley for family reunion and everyone had ample room. Outdoor patio was a favorite to relax at night. We will return here when we have our next family reunion!

Graduation vacation

This was a pleasant, well organized, and overall enjoyable experience. Although the hammock wasn’t functional (one friend is an avid camper and would prefer it) we had a blast in the pool and kitchen. This was a great stay. Highly recommend.

Great Stay!

Great stay at the Relaxing Oasis! It was a guys trip for six of us, down to see Spring Training Baseball. It was a very spacious and a very neat and clean home. Kylie was wonderful to communicate with and any questions were handled promptly. Hope to stay there again soon!

Wonderful

We had 12 staying for a wedding. House fit our group, no problem. We did have an issue with a drain backing up, called our host, and she had a plumber there in no time! I would def rent again if we are back in Phoenix Location was right in the middle of everything!

Just what we needed!

Great house - we stayed here moving in our son and nephew into ASU. Had 4 teenagers, 4 parents. Relaxing, well stocked clean house very close to ASU, within 8 minutes of driving time. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect family getaway

This house was absolutely perfect for our family. The pool was amazing-shade and sun. Kitchen is amazingly well equipped. We cooked meals in with 6 children and lacked nothing. The house itself is beautiful and so cozy. Kylie the owner was incredibly flexible working around our flight schedules and making sure our stay was perfect.

Perfect location for volleyball tournament!

The Oasis was the perfect spot! The house had great space where we felt like we had our own space as well as great space for all of us to be together. The location was close to ASU campus and the area nearby had everything we needed. Kylie, the host, was quick to respond and helped us feel at home during our stay. The outdoor space is inviting and allowed us to relax when we weren’t watching volleyball!

Hello, my husband and I live in Kirkland, Washington with our daughter Saylor. We love to be active and travel in our spare time. We travel frequently to our home in Tempe Arizona. We love it down there and try to escape the cold Washington winter weather whenever we can. I am here to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible. I will be punctual and get any request attended to as soon as possible. We also have local boots on the ground to help whenever necessary or should an emergency arise.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

The space was designed with gathering family and friends in mind. It has a very open concept immediately upon entering the front door. We added a basketball hoop to the driveway, brought down one of our cornhole board sets (Seahawks and Steelers logo'd). We also try to keep a football or two laying around.

We truly designed the space for us - our family & friends and are excited to be able to share this space and experience with others when we are not there.

Within our first few days of staying there and getting the place furnished we met many of the neighbors - several of which had lived there since the 90's! As well we have a young daughter so to pass the time we spent many hours/evenings walking/strolling her around the neighborhood. Most everyone we passed waived, smiled, said hello - it was really nice.

Outside of the immediate neighborhood you can literally walk to just about anything. The local grocery store (Fry's) is .6 miles away. There is a Dutch Brothers .5 miles away. A liquor store (that is also drive through - not something we really have in WA) is .5 miles away, and one of our favorite spots Fate Brewing is .4 miles away. For us this is all walking distance. There is also a pedestrian bridge that goes over The 60 heading South that runs into Mill Towne Center which has a bunch of great places in it from FireHouse Subs, to a Chicago style BBQ pit, a Greek Place, and a bunch of other little boutique shops.

If you want to stay at one of the best locations in all of Tempe/AZ this is the spot for you.

The house is also very close The Mills Shopping Mall Center which has many attractions including LegoLand, Disney store, Sealife Aquarium, a Rainforest Cafe, and IMAX, and lots more.

Also if you head North on Mill you run into the Tempe Towne Center which we came to love almost right away. There is a very large walking/running/roller blading, etc path that runs on both sides of the Tempe 'Lake'.
