Make some beach memories with your family. You simply cannot get closer to the surf & water’s edge than Inverness.

Welcome to our newly remodeled Inverness 2 bedrooms / 2 full bath condo - arguably the nicest in this Complex – a family-friendly beachfront resort on South Padre Island with covered garage parking (nearly impossible to find), a unique 3rd floor pool that overlooks the beach & sea on the south side of the building, as well as heated jacuzzi on the north side.



Current bedding is a queen in the master, pull out couch in living room, and 2 single beds in the 2nd bedroom plus a queen sized airbed & pump we provide. Please bring additional bedding if you plan on using.



There is a friendly front desk staffed during the day, elevator, and this property is walking distance to:

*Clayton’s Beach Bar

*Barry’s Beach Bar

*Bar Louie for finer dining

*Kelly’s Irish Pub & the infamous Coral Reef for Karaoke.

Inside, the kitchen is fully stocked for your home cooking needs with all pots, pans dishes, blender, toaster, and more. After the sun sets, wind down in front of the flat screen TV for cozy seating & movie night.

While we do allow up to 8 guests, please understand that is not ideal and it is more ideally suited for 6.

Fresh Towels & bed linens are provided, as well as a starter pack of soaps and trash bags though it is not unlimited nor resupplied so please plan accordingly. For stays longer than 3 nights, you can exchange towels and linens for free at our office, South Padre Trips, at 2600 Padre Blvd.

Please understand this unit for garage entry has e key fobs. We require a $100 fully refundable deposit which you get back if fobs left in unit. Simply take a photo on your phone when you check out to get the refund



Inverness is a beachfront complex with an elevator. Sorry, we do not allow pets. Our property is professionally managed locally by South Padre Island Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd, open 9 am to 5 pm, 7 days a week if you need assistance.



Parking is free. Please note a golf cart is considered a vehicle. During March and Easter, a condo/security wristband and use is required though any other time of year there is no charge.



Our listing requires the primary tenant to be 25 years of age or older and present at check-in. If you are NOT 25 years of age you MUST contact us prior to booking as there are additional damage/security deposit requirements if you are not 25 for us to comply with property rules



Please note we require an e-sign rental agreement with an attached photo ID after booking. This is necessary to maintain our City of South Padre Island Rental License. You may e-sign the rental agreement via E sign prior to arrival to receive your door code. Please provide your email address and attach a photo of your ID to verify your age.



An electronic door code is provided to enter the property via text message to the cell phone number on file by 3 pm on day of check in. We do not provide door codes earlier as we cannot have guests attempting to park nor slowing down maid service of course ïŠ If you need a somewhat earlier check in, contact our office on day of check in around 1 pm and we can check for you.



Our short term City of South Padre Rental License can be provided upon request.

You'll have complete access to our beachfront condo and its features. This includes the living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and the oversized beachfront patio. As a guest, you can also use the complex amenities: covered garage parking (1 spot included), the ocean-view pool, and the jacuzzi. The beach is right outside your door, providing easy access to the sand and surf. Please understand that the pool area is older.

Nestled in the heart of South Padre Island, our condo at 5600 Gulf Boulevard puts you right in the middle of the action! You're just steps away from the beach, allowing for easy access to sun, sand, and surf. For dining, you can walk to Clayton's Beach Bar, Barry's Beach Bar, or Bar Louie, all offering different atmospheres and cuisines. If you're looking for a pub, Kelly's Irish Pub and Coral Reef are also within walking distance. Enjoy the convenience of having everything you need within easy reach, from delicious meals to lively entertainment. Explore the charm of the neighborhood and enjoy your stay.



Getting Around:

Getting around South Padre Island is easy! While having a car is convenient, you'll find that many attractions, restaurants, and the beach are within walking distance of our condo. Free parking is available in the complex's covered garage (one spot included), and additional parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis or along Gulf Blvd. The island is also bike-friendly, and golf carts are a popular way to explore. For those arriving by air, the closest airport is Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport (BRO), approximately a 35-minute drive away. Taxis and ride-sharing services are readily available.



Other Things to Note:

Please take note of the following important details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. Check-in time is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. We provide one covered parking spot; additional parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis or along Gulf Blvd. A $100 refundable deposit is required for the garage entry fobs, which will be returned if the fobs are left in the unit. Simply take a photo of them upon check-out for your refund. Please be aware that the primary guest must be 25 years or older. A signed rental agreement and a copy of your photo ID are required after booking. We will send you an electronic key code via text message by 3:00 PM on the day of check-in. The unit includes a starter pack of essential supplies. Additional supplies will need to be provided by the guest. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Please make sure to turn the thermostat to 78 degrees, put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it, and take all trash out to the dumpster upon check-out to avoid any extra cleaning charges. If you have any questions, please feel free to message us before booking.

We are dedicated to ensuring you have a fantastic stay! While we're not always on-site, we're readily available to assist you. You can reach us through the platform messaging system, which we check frequently throughout the day. We aim to respond to your messages within an hour, but usually much sooner. For urgent matters, you can also contact our local property management team, South Padre Island Trips, at 2600 Padre Blvd. They are available seven days a week from 9 am to 5 pm.
