What a perfect location to walk into Old Town! This home had many amenities. Having a garage was a bonus. The host was very helpful. We took advantage of many of her suggestions. Thank you for providing a wonderful place to stay!

Extremely nice, interesting decor. Comfortable beds. Welcome snacks and drinks. Entire townhouse was clean and in order. Location just across the street from Old Town. Would stay here again.

Everything is tasteful and thoughtfully put together. Beautiful design and art. Well maintained and functional. Everything needed is where you would hope it to be. Clean as a whistle. Garage and front door entry are easy and secure.Nice, well maintained garden areas to choose from. (Though August mosquitoes were a factor.)Location was easily accessed and walkable to old town and its array of excellent coffee shops, restaurants, stores, tours.

Great stay! Well maintained, clean, and well stocked. Host was easy to work with, and quick to respond. Garage was super helpful given the temperatures, and plenty of places to eat or grab coffee within a very short walk.

Alyce was great about communicating with us. She made sure to let us know she was available if we needed anything. Check-in and check-out were super easy. The hostess had clear directions about the house as well as ideas for things to do and places to eat. We really like that the property had a garage, essentials and snacks. We will definitely see if it's available the next time we are in Albuquerque, NM.

Property was beautiful. House was wonderfully decorated. There were fresh flowers on arrival and the host was gracious enough to leave coffee and water. Being able to park in the garage is a definite plus. Location is next to downtown and old town walking areas as well as the sawmill area which is great for casual dining. I would definitely stay again. Host was wonderful.

Alyce’s place was terrific! The location was walkable to so many attractions and the home was so thoughtfully done and cozy. Even though it is close to some main streets it was also extremely quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

A short walk to Old Town, souvenir shops and Breaking Bad Museum. Easy access to I-40 to explore other areas of Albuquerque. Garage parking was a definite bonus.

So many things that we appreciate about this home and our visit to ABQ - a thoughtful host, beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable beds and sitting areas, spacious both indoor and outdoor spaces, well equipped kitchen & bathrooms, in home laundry, a two car garage, prime location near Old Town, markets, main roads, and so much more. One of the best properties I have stayed at! Fully equipped home with everything you could possibly need. Bottle of wine waiting in the fridge along with quality coffee and a sweet snack. Communication with the host was exceptional. Loved the books, maps, and recommendations for restaurants and daytrips that were provided. Felt like staying in someone's home rather than a vacation rental. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need including complete spice rack, dishwasher, pots, pans, and complete set of utensils for cooking. Courtyard is beautiful with multiple sitting areas. Will definitely be back!

I have been raving about this spot to my friends and colleagues since my stay last weekend, and find myself wanting to plan a much sooner return to Albuquerque than originally anticipated, in large part because of this booking.The house is well kept, the temperature control is phenomenal, the appliances are all either new or in excellent condition, and all the little amenities are very thoughtfully arranged. Despite packing plenty of snacks, I must confess that my partner and I couldn't help but clean out most of the coffee, snack bars, seltzers, and treats that made our arrival so much more pleasant.Alyce was phenomenally communicative, checking in to make sure we were all set, and left brilliant arrival instructions. I am delighted to recommend Casa Pearla to anyone inquiring.
