*No shared spaces — your area (Unit A) is completely separate from Unit B
*Limit of 8 guests and no events, celebrations or gathering above the guest amount.
**Neighborhood & Noise Note:
Our home is in a lively, walkable neighborhood just minutes from Old Town. You’ll often see neighbors out walking their dogs, biking, walking to restaurants, or heading to the nearby park that has a walking trail and playground, which gives the area a friendly, bustling feel. With that foot traffic, you may occasionally hear dogs from the neighboring property, as they tend to bark at passersby. For your comfort, we provide earplugs to suit different sleeping preferences.
This is a duplex-style home. While the units are fully private, with separate entrances and parking on opposite sides of the property you may occasionally hear minor sounds through the shared wall — this is rare but possible. Please do not book this property if this might impact your stay and review of the home.
*We offer parking behind the locked gate for 2 vehicles depending on size, and an additional spot for a 3rd vehicle outside the gate well off the street.
