Diese neu renovierte, perfekt gelegene Villa befindet sich im zweiten Stock und bietet einen spektakulären Blick auf die Lagune. Es ist nur wenige Minuten von Harbour Town, Restaurants, dem Meer und allen Annehmlichkeiten von Sea Pines entfernt. Dies ist die perfekte romantische Villa für ein Paar oder eine kleine Familie. Das Wohn- / Esszimmer öffnet sich zu einer Terrasse mit Blick auf die Lagune. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Kingsize-Bett ausgestattet und hat Zugang zum Badezimmer auf dem Flur. Es verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Geschirr, Pfannen, Kochutensilien und Bettwäsche. Mieter können die gut gepflegten Sandtennisplätze auf dem Villengelände nutzen. Maximalbelegung 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kleinkind.

Great Location

We loved staying here especially because of the location being walking distance to Harbourtown. It’s a beautiful setting and had plenty of space and everything we needed. We would stay here again.

Perfect for Our Family of 3

My wife and I stay in Hilton Head annually, typically around the holidays. However, we decided, somewhat last minute, to spend a few days in Sea Pines on the way back from Georgia. Doug’s place perfectly accommodated the two of us and our infant son. The location was secluded enough to be relaxing but less than a 10 minute walk to Harbour Town. The living room and bedroom were more spacious than the photos suggested and the kitchen was equipped enough for some light cooking.We usually rent full homes on Sea Pines but will absolutely seek out or recommend Doug’s property for shorter stays and smaller groups in the future.

Great minimoon get away

The location of this property was amazing, we were able to bike to all of the Sea Pines Resort restaurants. We were able to walk to the lighthouse, and took a boat ride over to Daufuskie. The bed was comfy and the porch was a great bonus.

Wonderful Experience!

We had a wonderful trip. This villa is very comfy and has all the essentials. The bed and living room furniture are extremely comfortable and perfect for winding down after a fun day in the sun. Also, the view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful!

Great Sea Pines location

The unit was perfect for my wife and I. We enjoyed being close to Harbor Town. Nice view of the lagoon from the 2nd floor unit. It had all the typical amenities you’d expect but be sure to bring your own beach chairs and umbrella Parking was easy. Communication with the host was simple and they were responsive. If we were seeking the same experience, we’d stay here again or recommend it to others.

Perfect Location

We always stay at this location every time we go to Hilton Head. It is perfect for the two of us. We love the fact that we can walk to Harbour Town for our breakfast and then walk to the pool never having to use our car. It’s a lovely villa with a nice view off of the deck.

Perfect HHI Getaway

We were in town for a family reunion in Sea Pines and this property provided the perfect location for my family. It is incredibly convenient to Harbortown and still a reasonable bike ride to South Beach. The villa itself was very clean and well-appointed. The hosts made the pre-arrival process seamless and even accommodated our early check-in requests. During the stay, the hosts were engaging and responsive to any communication we had with them. Overall, this is a fantastic rental and location for couples or small families. The hosts are wonderful and I would absolutely return on my next visit to HHI.

Nice one BR condo close to Harbour Town. Owner is easy to work with and leaves detailed instructions and recommendations. Pool was closed all week by health department, which kinda sucked, but I don't blame owner for this. I will rent again if opportunity arrises.
