This spot is ideally located to all on the South end of the island. A quick 3 minute stroll to Chow Daddy's/Truffles and about 10-15 minutes to Harbourtown. We appreciated the bikes and accessibility to the bike path as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful one bedroom condo! There are three sets of steps to get up to second floor so not for someone that can’t do stairs. Condo was clean and just as pictured. We enjoyed laying by the pool every day. Short ride on bicycles to Harbour Town and Sea Pines Center. We would definitely stay there again!

Very comfortable, just as described. Everything worked perfectly. Bikes in very good condition, beach chairs and sun umbrella provided were Tommy Bahama. I would suggest to add a measuring cup and a thrash can with lid.

Using the remotes for the TV was a little confusing but I have found that to be a problem with all rentals. Need to provide a more detailed written instructions for using the remotes. Bed was comfortable, nice large bathroom. Great shower.

Wonderful Unit, Great Location, Definitely Returning

We had a great stay. The unit was very clean, furnishings were in great shape, tiled shower was wonderful, and everything we needed was included. The full washer and dryer/walk-in closet combination is most convenient. Location is right off the bike path, allows for biking, walks to Harbor Town and Sea Pines Center, and is a short drive (1.1 mile) to the Beach Club. We would have stayed another week except for a family commitment.

Great stay!

We loved this condo! It was so clean and decorated well! It was the perfect size for our family of 3. Our two and a half year old had plenty of room to play! Having a washer and dry was a great plus! We loved having the pool to ourselves! Overall would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Place!

Such a cute little condo in the perfect location! About a 15 minute ride to the beach and the condo has just enough space to not feel cramped (even with a toddler running around). We will certainly book again next year!

Great Getaway location

The unit we stayed is was beautiful and clean. It was central to everything in Sea Pines, restaurants, beaches, shopping, churches. Free bike rental is a bonus - beautiful biking trails, everything is accessible by bike. Our whole experience was positive.

Reviewer Comments: We love this location...the grounds and buildings are nicely kept...I really dislike the washer dryer all in one combination works fine for washing..horrible for drying... the updated walk-in shower is wonderful...the deck never stays clean due to tree proximities..the mattress is not particularly comfortable .,two minor issues..one with cable..one with a missing deck chair were addressed with stellar efficiency ..this is our second stay in this unit but the washer/ dryer and deck will have us seek a different unit . This is our second stay in this unit..we stayed six weeks...any problems were not show stoppers to us ... bicycles were like new
